- You have the power to overcome your fear. Believe in yourself, trust your abilities, and step onto that stage with confidence. You've got this!
3rd advise: Hindi ka nag-iisa
- Remember, almost everyone feels nervous when speaking in public, kahit mga public speaker pa yan. It's a common fear, and hindi ka nag-iisa. Embrace the feeling, acknowledge it, and then take a deep breath.
4th advise: Practice makes perfect
- Practice mo lang yung speech mo until you feel comfortable. The more you practice, the more confident you'll feel.
- Imagine that you're talking to a group of friends. This can help you focus, relax, and it can make you feel comfortable. Focus ka lang on being connected with your audience, and let your passion shine through.
6th advise: Wag kang matakot magkamali
- Everyone makes mistakes, kasama yun sa paglaki. It's okay to stumble, forget a line, or say something stupid. Just take a deep breath, regroup, and keep going. Don't let one mistake ruin your entire presentation.
BONUS TIP
Just remember to breathe, relax, and enjoy the experience!
