They continue on this journey in this crazy wonderland, in search of an exit. And in search for Rantaro Amami, for some reason. Will they be able to complete this journey?

( Shuichi's POV )

I don't know when this journey will end, and I'm being as patient as I can, but... HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE?! WE'VE BEEN WALKING AROUND TO NOWHERE FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT. EVEN KIRUMI, WHO ACTUALLY LOOKS TIRED FOR ONCE IN HER LIFE!!! I couldn't handle anymore of this. My legs gave out, and I fell and curled up in a ball, and gave up on life. "Saihara-kun! We haven't gotten anywhere yet, so you need to get up!", said the determined Kirumi.

"There's no point, Tojo-san. We'll be stuck here forever.", I sadly said, giving into despair. Kirumi picked me up, but I immediately turned into jello and fell back down on the ground. That's when I heard a slight chuckle. Me and Kirumi both turned our heads towards the sound, and saw a familiar person. "Huh, so you guys are here to, eh?", Ryoma said, wearing a... cat costume? We really are in a fever dream.

I got up and went over to Ryoma. "What're you doing here, Hoshi-san?" I asked him. "Welp, it's pretty simple. I was just brought here against my own will. Though I don't even have a will for anything anymore.", Ryoma replied back. He then cleared his throat and started talking again. "Anyways, I have a hunch you're looking for Amami-kun and a way out of here." "How'd you know?!", I replied back in shock. "I said it was just a hunch. Anyways, I've got some advice, since that's my whole purpose here anyways. If you want to find Amami-kun, ya gotta fight the boss.", Ryoma warned us. "The boss? I don't remember there being a boss in this story.", Kirumi replied in a confused state.

"But you shouldn't move right now. You must rest.", Ryoma told the both of us, grabbing our hands and dragging us somewhere. Soon we arrived at a finally normal-looking house. He then sat us down on the couch, and grabbed a first aid kit. He started wrapping Kirumi's cuts and scars with some bandage. "You can get back up on the road tomorrow. For now, rest here.", Ryoma said reassuringly. I finally slumped on the couch, finally able to sleep and get cozy.

( Kirumi's POV )

Shuichi has fallen asleep. It's nice to not seem him stress out from his anxiety. But, I suddenly saw a spark in the right corner of my eye, but it was just a napkin. I quickly dismissed it, and Shuichi woke up and saw the napkin. He quickly got up and grabbed it, making it in to something. I thought he was tired? But when I looked into his eyes, he had the eyes of a 5 year old boy, having the time of his life. Just how interesting could that napkin be?

"Tojo-san, Tojo-san, look! I made a bunny!", he said with excitement. I looked at his hands which once held a napkin, now a small rabbit. It was a truly, mesmerizing sight for some reason.

After the day passed, we bowed to Ryoma, and went on our way. We quickly found a door, that looked suspiciously suspicious. It was black on one side, and white on the other. It seemed most likely a Monokuma door, but I guess that's a sign we're close to the end? Me and Shuichi both looked at each other, determined to leave this wonderland, once and for all. I pushed through the door, and so did Shuichi. And behind the door was... not what I expected.

The scenery was... beautiful. We were in a field of white colored flowers. The sky was a night blue, but still shining bright with the moon's assistance and the stars' help. The flowery field seemed to go on forever and ever. It was so beautiful, something so nice at last, that I almost started to tear up a bit. But it was too beautiful, and ended up crying anyways. Shuichi patted me on the back saying, "It really is beautiful, isn't it?", as I saw tears start to appear in his eyes. He rubbed his eyes, shoving the tears back in, and made a cute, crooked smile. "There's no better place than this!", he exclaimed. That was when I heard something.

A familiar chuckle.

"I've been waiting for what seemed like an eternity, Kirumi. What took you so long?" I turned around, and saw his face, at last. "R-Rantaro!!", I shouted with ecstasy and joy as I sprinted towards him and gave him the biggest hug I could've ever given someone in my whole life. He was a bit surprised at first, but he smiled and hugged me back. Shuichi brought that napkin bunny with him, and used its little head to wipe his tears. I was happy, more than happy, actually. I was... at peace.

Suddenly, I was pulled in, and Rantaro gripped his hands into mine, interlocking all his fingers. He grabbed my waist, and started dancing. "I've been wanting to dance with you, but never got the time. I also think this place is perfect for such a thing!", he smirked, as he continued dancing around. I followed along, and Shuichi watched, clapping his hands in cute happiness. Soon, we ended our little dance session.

"Phew! I'm glad we found you, Rantaro. Because I would've gone insane if I hadn-" my chin was suddenly in the grip of his hands, and he pulled my face in, giving me a kiss. It's been a while since we've kissed, so it surprised me a little. But after the kiss, he picked me up, and went over to Shuichi. "Thanks for taking care of Kirumi for me, Saihara-chan.", he smiled as he thanked Shuichi. "O-Oh! It wasn't anything special, actually.... uhmmm., quite the opposite!! She actually t-took care of me instead. If not for Tojo-san, I definitely would've been chopped liver.", Shuichi said, reassuring Rantaro.

Rantaro laughed to himself, then petted Shuichi on the head. Shuichi was shocked and he blushed in response, looking up at Rantaro. "You earned it, Saihara-chan.", Rantaro answered him with a warm-like smile. Shuichi's heart was warmed, and and bowed to Rantaro, as a way of thanking him. But just suddenly, someone had hit us on the head! We all passed out, and woke up...

"...back at the school again?.." I said, regaining my consciousness. It seems I'm already in my room, and my clothes appear to be normal, too.

Creator'S Note:
Sorry for the long wait and not posting for a while! A lot of homework just fell on top of me, and I'm struggling to escape it all. That was a figure of speech. Anyways, I dislike math and it's only getting harder since I'm freshman, but I hope you enjoy the ending of this short arc!
