STEPPING STONES OF CHANGE: ARTISTIC VISION

All for One was not used to feeling like this at all. To think that the most powerful person in the world, who has lived for a century and a half now, was restrained immediately by someone who just walked through his front door uninvited. Worse even, restrained by a guest who he'd only talked to for ten minutes, and apparently did not have a quirk. He managed to keep a smile on his face, but on the inside, he was fuming.

"Let me blunt, make it easier for both of us. I'm bored. I have been bored since humanity destroyed their planet to destroy each other. To fix that, I turned their toys the other way, towards them. However, that was only fun until there was no man to hunt. Then, I decided to allow the machines inside me. The feeling of them wiggling inside of me, destroying everything God, his angels, and the sinners inside designed was sublime. And then I was getting bored again. So, I decided to do something drastic. I sent my favorite toy out into this world to rampage here, as a treat. And do you want to know what happens?"

Hell somehow moved forward towards All for One, gliding on the floor with his lower half unmoving and grabbed the blind man's tie. As they did, All for One felt an intense heat surge through him as he was subjected to bright light and he could see again, his nonexistent eyes adjusting to the light. He could see the head Hell was using still spinning, but the eyes turned bloodshot, and the big, toothy grin had flipped into a frowning mess of jagged teeth.

"It turns to the heroes, who take it in because your idiotic pawn decided to attack it!" Hell let go of his tie, All for One going blind as they paced around the room. Using the echolocation quirk he normally used, he could see the outline of Hell. "So then, after I know my toy is firmly on their side, I decide to bring the person who hates them the most to this realm and have them fight each other. But of course, the angel with PERFECT HATRED" the room shook loudly as they screamed, it was a miracle the building didn't collapse "had to remember His teachings."

Hell marched back towards All for One, gripping him again to let the villain look at the beast. "So now I have come to you. The time will come when I will be gone from this world, the machines only have two layers to get through before I'm gone. I can already feel myself getting weaker by the hour, with time slowed severely inside of me. I already know what you're thinking, and if you refuse to help me then I will kill you, splay your gore across Japan and turn every drop of blood into a storm of boiling rain to destroy the city you wish to rule. Do not test me."

Hell shoved All for One back, hundreds of mouths forming on its head that take a deep breath simultaneously before returning to its normal appearance. "I apologize for my outburst, but I am very, very angry right now."

All for One stood, massaging his neck. He could tell that Hell hesitated when it said it was angry, but he decided to drop it. "Very well, I'll take you up on your... offer. If I may ask, do you have a plan to get your 'toy' to do what you want?"

Hell looked at him, grinning again. "It's simple: the next time you attack UA, you capture it. The toy is learning to be human again thanks to the heroes, I intend to break their teaching before I am gone for good."

All for One smiled. "Well, I have some good news for you."

V1 was not looking forward to the next hour. One of the students in the hero course had fought another, and ended up with detention, for the first time this year in UA. Though V1 wouldn't call it a fight, more like revenge against a fellow classmate. Mineta Minoru, a student who somehow got into the hero course, has been preying on the girls in the class since V1 had arrived in this world (and according to the girls, even fucking longer.) He was the least favorite student of every faculty member and had only managed to prevent expulsion because his twisted acts weren't caught on camera. Until today, because Mineta found a hole behind a poster in the changing rooms. How V1 missed it was beyond the machine; it thoroughly searched the locker rooms multiple times and still couldn't find it. Though it absolutely didn't regret what happened next to Mineta.
