BENSON'S POV

I spent the night ranting to McLean and Ethan about Ella. I told them how I met her and how beautiful her voice sounded, how her eyes twinkled in the dimly lit staircase, how pretty she looked even while she cried. 

"Our Bennyboy is down bad." Ethan says, laughing. I blush. "Oooh! He's even blushing!" He pinches my cheeks.

"Stop," I say, slapping his hands away and trying not to laugh.

"What was she like again?" McLean says.

"Well she had the most beautiful ey-" I start but am cut off by McLean.

"I was joking, you've told us like seventeen times already." McLean says.

I put my hands up, faking surrender, "My bad, sorry. Good news boys, no concerts for a week!" I say, smiling. I had invited Ethan, McLean, and Daniel all over but only these two could make it.

"We should sleep still, can't listen to your annoying voice anymore McLean." Ethan says as McLean tackles him.

"Boys, boys, boys, break it up." I joke, pulling McLean off Ethan. "Detention, both of you!" I lift my finger and pretend to scold them.

"Okay Benson!" Ethan says, saluting me.

"Yes sir, Benson!" McLean also salutes.

"Off to bed to bed you two." I say, clicking my tongue against the roof my mouth to make an tsk tsk tsk noise. They get up and walk towards the bunk room, me following behind them.

Ethan settled into the bottom, McLean on top of his, and I climbed to the top of mine, Daniel normally under me but not tonight.

"Goodnight," I yawn, getting a goodnight from the rest of them. I open my phone and look over the few texts Ella had sent me a little while ago. Even just reading the sentences she had sent me make my heart flutter. I plug in my phone and think of her as I try to sleep.
