I open my eyes and the first thing I see is Pete, I set up so I can see him better his eyes are red like he has been crying, "Pete, what's wrong" I say. "Your awake, I was afraid I was going to lose you too."Pete said in a scratchy voice. "What happened Pete."I say on the verge of tears. " The guy threw an artifact at you and Leena.......it was aimed at Leena and affected her more............she was.....dead.....by the time we got here."Pete said crying. I started crying " How's Artie"I said. "Not to good he blames himself again...I mean we know what happened last time and now we have to go through the pain again." Pete said. I get up slowly and walk into the other room and there was a sad vibe just hanging over. They all get up and hug me and start crying saying I'm glad we didn't lose you too."where's my baby." "Here" Steve said to me handing me Leena Marie. "Hi baby, I am so glad I am able to hold you right now."I say almost in tears. Death comes with this job,it follows it, we also try to save others from it, but sometimes it is invetable.
