Goodbye

Leena's pov

I go to sleep after a fun day. I don't want it to end. Tomorrow I go into hiding. I will see Myka at least, but its still scary, not knowing what will happen and when you will see people. All because you died. I need to remember to tell Artie I don't blame him for any of this. It was the artifacts fault not his. Pete told me the pain it caused Artie after the affects of the artifact wore off. He is still Artie,the one who is like a dad to me. I just wish i could of been here for them. To cook meals,to see the end of the warehouse, be at Pete and Myka's wedding. But who knows some things might not of happened if I would of been there.

The next morning

I feel like everyone is staring at me and serving me hand and foot. I have my stuff together(not packed), they never got rid of any of my stuff they left it were it was. So after it was packed I go and eat breakfast with my friends, my last meal with them. I'm going to miss this, I'm going to miss them. There ability to go from goofy to serious and vise versa. We all go to the safe house were I'm going because everyone is a regent and has access. When we get there I was surprised. It was a nice house with everything I need in the middle of nowhere and they will bring supplies as needed. Mykas going to visit weekly and when I need her,I also have direct contact to her and Artie. "Goodbye guys, I will miss you so much." I say while hugging them. Mykas staying and helping me get set up here. "And Artie, I don't blame you for any of this." I said to him while both of us were crying. I hug tjem and tell them goodbye again. Then i go inside and start making myself at home in my new home."Mabye this won't be so bad" i tell Myka while we sit on the couch."hopefully you like it here and just call me if you need anything or want to talk." She replied. "The only problem is it will be lonely here" i said.she answered "i know were thinking about getting you a pet are something to make it less lonely." Then we talked about pets i would like then after dinner Myka went home and i went to bed. Maybe this won't be that bad.
