Jin and Namjoon soon enter the Den. Jin looks around and asks " Where are the others?" Namjoon soon notices with his bond with Jimin, how scared his mate is. He understands something is wrong.

Tae gulps " Yoongi hyung and Jungkook went for a walk near the river. And we were going to have dinner so Hobi hyung has gone to call them back."

Jin raises his eyebrows, " Hobi went out leaving you both here alone?"

" He left us just now hyung" replies Tae.

" What happened?" asks Jin. " Hyung I told you–" "Taehyung-ah where are they? And what happened?" Jin asks sternly.

" Hyung they'll come back soon–"

" I asked you what exactly happened. What are you hiding from me?" Jin raises his voice.

"Jungkook went for a walk and we noticed he wasn't back. Yoongi hyung went to call him back but he took too long so we asked Hobi hyung to look for both Jungkook and Yoongi hyung. Hobi went a few minutes ago." says Jimin, as he feels Jin will be able to locate Jungkook faster than anyone in the pack.

" While Yoongi went out, where was Hobi?" asks Jin. Jimin then realises Yoongi had left them alone thinking Hobi was in the Den. But Hobi wasn't home that time and everyone was so worried about Jungkook that they didn't notice it. After some time Hobi had come back. "H-he w-was–".

Tae interrupts, " Hyung, why are you still standing here, go search for Jungkook. He doesn't know about the forest–"

Namjoon interrupts, "Yes hyung, we can look fo-"

"Hyung" calls Yoongi.

Everyone except Jin turns back to see Yoongi along with Jungkook and Hobi. Tae then wonders if Jin knew all along through his mating bond that Jungkook was safe nearby, and that's the reason why Jin was not panicking like him and Jimin. He pouts and wonders why he couldn't recognize his mate was nearby.

"Jimin-ah I asked you a question," asks Jin ignoring all three who had just entered. And Jin looks at Namjoon and Tae, " And don't interrupt me while I'm talking. Jimin-ah I'm still waiting"

"H-he w-wasn't home that time. But he was back soon hyung," replies Jimin.

"Initially Hobi hyung was not ready to leave us alone but we assured him we'd be safe. We had to convince him so much that we'd be okay for him to leave hyung," adds Taehyung.

Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hobi stand there. No one dares move inside without Jin calling. Jin looks like he is so mad at them. Jungkook feels so guilty that no one would suffer if he stayed in the Den.

" So you both thought it was okay for Hobi to leave both of you here," Jin asks Tae and Jimin.

Tae and Jimin lower their head and don't reply.

" Yoongi first left you both alone. Tae and Jimin thought it was okay for Hoba to search for Jungkook as if Yoongi didn't know all the routes here. And then Hoba left you both alone. And this all because of Jungkook." says Jin.

No one replies.

Jin then asks Tae, "Is dinner ready?"

"N-no hyung" replies Tae. " You want me to help?" asks Jin. "No hyung. We've already started making dinner. It'll be ready soon" replies Jimin. Jin nods. Jimin and Tae rush to finish preparing dinner and Namjoon joins them.

Jin finally turns to look at the three waiting for him to notice. " Go refresh. We'll have dinner and then continue this."

Yoongi and Hobi move to their room. Jin still doesn't look at Jungkook. Jungkook doesn't move and looks at Jin with his teary eyes.

Jin noticed Jungkook was still there, " Do you need everything to be told more than once for you to follow them?" Jungkook shakes his head no and starts moving to his room.

Everyone finished having their dinner in silence and moved to the living room. Jin then calls Tae and Jimin. " You both will not go for morning hunts with your alphas next week. This is for not thinking about your safety. I get it you both can defend yourselves but we've got so many issues going on in the territory right now so stop doing things without thinking"

Jin turns towards Yoongi and Hobi, " I have no idea how both thought it was okay for you to leave your mates alone. Yoongi you didn't even check if Hoba was there in the Den and just left. I left leaving you in charge here and you left the omegas alone without even checking if Hoba was home. Shouldn't you inform Hoba of everything and leave even if you are in a rush?" Jin shouts at Yoongi.

Jin glares at Hoba, " Is Yoongi new to the forest? Doesn't he know all the routes? You thought it was okay to leave Tae and Jimin just because they told you they'd be safe alone?"

" I trust you guys and leave for some work and you guys do things that no one would do in their pack. Not leaving omegas alone is not in the rules because it's so basic. There will be no monthly pack hunt this month. You will not go for morning hunts for the next two weeks."

Jin finally looks at Jungkook whose eyes are red with all the crying.

" Where did you go?" asks Jin. Jungkook felt a huge lump in his throat and found it difficult to get words out. And Jin who has lost patience shouts " Where did you go??"

Jungkook replied, "I-I w-went f-for a walk near the river. I-I f-found my friend's scent and f-followed it to l-look for him–"

"It's all because you thought of looking for your friend in an unknown forest without informing anyone in the pack had caused all these problems now. And how far did you go that Yoongi was not back soon and Hoba had to join him??"

Jungkook didn't know where he really was, he had completely lost track of time as he rushed to find his friend.

"You know what, you don't have to answer anything. You'll not be going out for the morning hunt for a month–"

"Hyung!" Everyone says except Jungkook who is crying.

" Do you guys too want to extend your punishment??"

" I-I'm s-sorry. I-I am really s-sorry. I-It's a-all because of me. It's because of me that they are punished, It hurts me so much. I-I'll do anything, I'll stay at Den for even two months without shifting–"

"Jungkook-ah!!" with a look of horror, everyone shouts.

Mountain wolves can never stay for more than two days without shifting. That's one of their unique traits. No one would want to stay without shifting unless forced. How bad was his previous pack that he himself suggests such a horrific punishment?
