Chapter 5 : New friend

Joseph pov

It's been over three hours now and I have been trailing man nake rock for hours now along side girl Revy.

I follow them from their warehouse where I learn two more people there.

I waling side walk I keep a good distance from me and them. I follow them into downtown area where they walk into big building.

* third pov *

Rock and revy made their way up to elevator to mister chang office.

" so what should we tell him revy about...
Joseph?" Rock ask as revy ram her hands down Her face.

" What hell do you think rock, we can't exactly lie to him I guess we should tell him truth and sure a shell he's going to be pissed that we lost him" revy said

Just then ring of the elevator show them that they were now on mister chang office level. Walking into floor rock stood behind revy as both of them reach mister chang office room.

Pushing the door open, they found Mr. Chang seated behind his massive mahogany desk, his chair turned slightly as he gazed out the window at the city below. Without turning around, he spoke in a calm, measured tone.

"Good to see you both," Chang said, his voice carrying the weight of authority. "I trust you have some good news about our little assassin problem."

Rock exchanged a glance with Revy, who rolled her eyes before stepping forward.

"About that, boss... we found him," Revy said, her tone casual but firm. "But the kid slipped away."

Chang slowly turned his chair around, his sharp eyes locking onto the pair. "He slipped away?" he repeated, his voice dangerously calm.

"Yeah," Revy admitted with a shrug. "Smart kid. Had smoke bombs, kept his tracks covered. We know what he looks like, though, and he's got nowhere to run. We'll track him down."

Chang leaned back in his chair, steepling his fingers as he considered her words. After a moment, he gestured for them to continue.

"Did you learn anything else?" he asked.

Rock stepped forward, pulling out the picture of Joseph and placing it on Chang's desk. "He's young. No older than fifteen, maybe fourteen. But he's not your typical runaway. He's smart, methodical, and... he seems to believe he's doing the city a favor by killing people he sees as corrupt."

Chang raised an eyebrow, picking up the picture and studying it closely. "A vigilante with a god complex. Interesting." He set the photo down and fixed the two with a hard stare. "Find him. I don't care how young or righteous he thinks he is. He killed a man under my watch, and I can't let that slide. Do I make myself clear?"

Revy smirked. "Crystal, boss."

Rock nodded solemnly. "We'll get him."

As the two turned to leave, Chang's voice stopped them. "And Revy..."

She glanced back, raising an eyebrow.

"Next time, don't let a kid make a fool of you."

Revy's smirk disappeared, replaced with a scowl. Without another word, she stormed out of the office, Rock following close behind.

* Joseph pov *

I lean against the buildings as he watch both revy and rock walk out of the buildings revy was screaming as she was complaining to rock about something.

Beside from that I need talk to this rock guy maybe he is right maybe I can try get help or least a friend

I jump up I quickly followed them both down streets as I can over hear their conversation " Can you believe that guy making fool out of me fucking chang and his stupid sunglasses ' revy said
