Scene . Philip is inside an office. He's been given some papers to fill in. An elderly man with sliver hair then walks in.
Mr. Hart : you done Mr.
Philip(smiles) : yup. Filled in everything.
Mr. Hart (takes the paper): Halliwell is an interesting last name.
Philip : thank you
Mr. Hart: What made you interested to become a veterinarian?
Philip : well...I've always has liked animals ever since I was a kid and I've put in alot of thought into this - I want to become a vet it's my calling.
Mr. Hart : appreciate your passion Mr. Halliwell
Philip : just between us(leans on his seat to whisper) are my chances of getting in low?
The man seemingly amused chuckles
Mr. Hart : this isn't Harvard Mr. Halliwell. We're a small private college.
Philip : still my grades especially Biologily suck
Mr. Hart : I admit sciences clearly were not your thing Mr. Halliwell and especially biology you were clearly affected and it's a very cardinal prerequisite for alot of fundamental courses you'll be taking .
Philip : so am I a lost cause?
Mr. Hart :believe in miracles Mr. Halliwell. Besides , the letter of recommendation from your boss at Happy Smiles speaks of your care for animals in high regard.
Philip made a face- did Damien write a recommendation letter?
He nods and walks out the campus . Prue is waiting by the car
Prue : how did you do?
Philip : according to the guy Mr Hart , lovely old man , he says the admissions board will review my transcripts and I'll get a call soon .
Prue : I'm really proud of you. Dr. Philip Halliwell has a nice ring to it.
Philip : you don't mind it's just a career involving animals.
Prue : well you like it . You have a power that lets you read the thoughts of living things it'll be handy for them.
A year ago Prue highly doubted she would have supported the career her little brother was deciding but right now she was all in.
Prue : but are you sure you want to be here? I thought you wanted to go miles away living with some frat boys (she smiles)
Philip : We'll see if it works , It's the only college offering courses on Veterinarian studies and it's just an hour away from home so i can manage.
Scene: Phoebe's room. Phoebe has some papers, books, and laptop is scattered on her bed. Phoebe is writing something. Philip walks in dramatically groaning and laying on her bed. Slightly kicking her to get her attention.
The youngest Halliwell sister sighs and turns to her bored baby brother.
Phoebe: you know this better be good Philip. I've phobias to cram.
Philip : I'm bored. And envious. I never thought I would be jelly seeing you study for an exam. Why are they taking so long to call.
