~Dazai POV~
Sigh, another day at the river. Should I try drowning again? Like I used to do in the Mafia? No, no, I made a promise to Oda. One he may never know of. But still, I have to uphold that promise.
He sat down on the smooth rock next to the rushing water. And looked out to the beautiful city of Yokohama. It had been 2 years since he last made an appearance in the public eye.
He was 20 now. In all honesty, he could hide his whole past and live a normal life. But he made a promise to Odasaku. He had to help people. To save them. To care for them.
He swished his finger around in the water. When he was suddenly approached by a young man with white hair, and red accents. His eyes were closed, complimented by his gentle smile. He was wearing an army green hat and fancy button shirt. That hat has an emblem. Some sort of symbol to an organization? A green coat, secured around his neck, swaying in the breeze. He carried a sword by the side of his waist. Finished with shiny black boots.
The man was followed by another, this one with a stern face, and ash colored hair. He had three black tattoos along the side of his cheek. He wore the same as the other man.
"Now who might you be?" That first guy asked, still, his eyes were closed shut. Hmm...the Hunting Dogs, right. That's why I recognize their emblem. They used to be one of the Port Mafia's biggest threats. They still are...that one must be Jouno, the other...Tecchou? Should I answer truthfully? I suppose they would know who I am anyway. Especially after just disappearing all of a sudden. It created a huge ruckus among a bunch of organizations. The government no less.
"Osamu Dazai. Though Dazai is preferable. And you must be..?" They don't seem like much of a threat yet.
"Jouno, and that moody guy over there is Tecchou." He says smiling. "May I ask? What are you doing here? So close to the water? Hm?" Jouno questions the brunette.
"Just thinking." I suppose that answer is good enough. A quick, easy, straightforward sentence. Though it covers all of the points.
"Thinking?" Tecchou questioned firmly, yet with no emotion.
"Yes, thinking." The brunette put his finger back in the rushing water, so eager to just jump in. He looked at them with shining eyes, and a great big annoying grin.
Jouno sighed. "You wouldn't mind coming with us, would you? You look like that one Port Mafia Executive that went missing out of nowhere." He whipped out some hand cuffs, Tecchou swiped out his sword just in case the brunette would try anything.
Sigh, so this is what we're doing? Alright, I guess I'll cooperate just this once.
Dazai lifted his arms up, hands open. "Is this good enough for you?"
"Yes, thank you greatly." Jouno replied while gesturing the brunette to follow him.

~Jouno POV~
Sigh, I do hope bringing him to base is a good idea. He used to be in the Port Mafia after all.
An executive no less."So, Dazai, why don't you tell us what you're job is?" Jouno says, still the annoying grin on his face. "Hm? Oh, I don't exactly have a job right now." The brunette replied with a gentle, mischievous smile. He's thinking about something right now, but what..? Sigh, I do hope Tecchou has some ideas.
"Nothing? No side jobs? You just left the Mafia? You had such a a wonderful, well paying position though." Jouno asks once more. This time, however, Tecchou hits him on the head with his sword.
"Osamu, I apologize for my partner's behavior. I would imagine you know we will not hesitate to refrain you in case of any...incidents. Using any means." Tecchou states. His expression still cold, but slightly more comforting.
Ow, that hurt. Was that very necessary? He does this every time, yet somehow it stays to surprise me. "Tecchou, was that really necessary?" Jouno asks, rubbing his head. "Yes." Tecchou continues walking, checking on Dazai every few minutes.

~Dazai POV~
After calling for a cab, and getting on a train, they finally make it to the Hunting Dogs Headquarters.
Ugh, finally, we're here. Dazai scans the place up and down, not a single corner unsearched. He analyzes the large place, and sees three people in front of him. One, a young girl with Burgundy Red hair. The second one, an older man. He had Light Grey hair. The third one, a ginger, a young adult. He had spikey hair. They all wore the other two's uniform.
"Hey. The name's Tachihara. That's Fukuchi, and Turuko. Welcome."
