June was silently in the laundry mat, shoving coins and dollars into the machine and getting her and the pouges laundry done before it disenegrated in pougelandia.

The morning sun shined warmly through the dirty windows and the laundry mat was quiet and pleasing to her ears. The rays of sun glistened through her blonde wavy hair, and she waited for the laundry machine to stop dancing.

June thought about how tired she was and wondering who voted her to to do laundry this time. Again.

She leaned against the silent machine, and she played with the dangling gold bracelets on her wrist.

It was a tendency for her to get distracted easily, even by the smallest things.

Rafe knew that. Rafe knew alot about her. Or the version of her that he knew two years ago. He knew her better than alot of people, and that hurt her. Rafe noticed so much about her. The way she always combs each section of her blonde hair three times. The way she plays with her shiny, gold, small, hoop earrings when shes having a boring conversation with anyone. The way she disliked drive because she was also so paranoid about driving. Dumb yet little things like that.

June glanced at her lavender threaded bracelet she had on. Its been there for atleast three years. Her favorite color fading away. Rafe gave it to her on her birthday, tied on her it like she was the gift, and not the bracelet. June was a gift to everyone around her. Pathological people pleaser. She'd could and would put a smile on anyone's face.

June exhaled and began to untie the lavender threaded bracelet on her wrist, it felt like untying the bond that wasn't there anymore.

June pulled the faded thread, and the door squeaked opened and let out a ring, startling her, she dropped the bracelet on the floor accidentally, and looked to see how walked in.

"June? Hello! Dude, I literally never saw this place this empty before." Her twin brother JJ spoke as he held his girlfriend's hand.

"Oh, hey kie, j" June spoke with a soft smile as they walked in, and she slowly slid the lavender bracelet back with her foot, hoping they wouldnt notice.

"Done?" Kiara said with a sweet smile looking at the laundry machine as it went in dizzying circles.

"Almost done." June spoke nodding.

"We had some time so we figured we could, you know, help out." JJ spoke as he was gesturing his hand to the three laundry baskets.

"Yeah that be good, thanks." June responded. She was very used to doing things herself. She was a independent kind of person, but she needed depending sometimes. Her whole life she was always on her own. Yes, she did have JJ by her side every second of her life, but they both grew up the same way so they weren't good with things like- emotions and feelings and all the other fluffy warm stuff.

"Is that your bracelet on the floor?" Kie said as she kneeled over to pick it up, and the sun shined in her highlights in her dark hair. June didn't even notice that she noticed the bracelet.

"Oh, yeah, must've fallen off- or something." June said thanking her and just shoving it in her pocket. She would throw it away on the way out. Just another reminder of Rafe, and no one really wanted that.

After the loss of Rafe's father, June still felt a little bad for him, she hadn't really seen him much in the past month. But no matter what happened, she usually always felt bad. That was just June's personality. Couldn't help it no matter how hard you tried.
