So today when I got to know that my would-be husband is none other than my first ever school crush. I was beyond happy and big smile never leaves my face. My parents have also noticed it and were suspicious as to why I am so happy when I was the one for denying the proposal right away. So, after some time of greeting and talking, my grandmother said to me, "Shreya beta go and show your room to Anirudh." They basically want us to have some talk, know each other and decide our answers. I stared at him blankly and tried to grasp his words. Then I said, " Just a simple question Mr. Anirudh Can you respect me and care for me?" He paused and stared back at me and then replied," YES I will surely respect you and care for you but there is no chance I will love you so don't give false hopes to you it's better to say NO for your sake" I said " OKAY" and moved towards the door and he followed closely.
We reached downstairs, our family looked at us with curious gaze and hope in their eyes. I looked back at him then to my and his family and give my decision to them......
