[Name] couldn't stop thinking about what had just happened with Eren and the girl, Mikasa. It seemed like they had some competition for their hero's attention. But [Name] was determined to be the one on top. All they needed to do was find chances to hang out with Eren. They were confident in their charm and believed they could be the one Eren would notice, even if Mikasa liked him too. If not, they have to make the opportunities to hang out with the hero.

Their thoughts were interrupted when they saw someone stumbling in front of them, walking slowly. [Name] instantly recognized it was the potato girl, Sasha. She must've been told to stop running. They really thought she would quit earlier.

"I'm...finally done," Sasha mumbled, clearly exhausted from everything that had happened.

[Name]'s eyes widened in shock as they watched Sasha suddenly collapse to the ground. Without wasting a second, [Name] rushed over to her. Dropping to their knees, they placed a hand on Sasha's neck, checking for a pulse. They prayed she hadn't died from exhaustion or something. Perhaps she collapsed due to being tired from all that running.

It would be a bad sign for their mission to find the hero and fulfill the prophecy if something happened to her. [Name] was a little superstitious, and it seemed to make sense—no one just gets dreams from their ancestors or receives prophecies about the future without a reason. They had reasons to want Sasha to be alive still.

They sighed in relief when they finally felt Sasha's heartbeat. She was just completely exhausted, nothing more.

"Oh, my! Is she okay?!" A feminine voice called out.

[Name] quickly looked up to see a blonde girl standing nearby. They wouldn't admit it, but they definitely squealed a little when Sasha suddenly shot up and threw herself at the blonde girl. [Name] wouldn't be surprised if Sasha went absolutely mad now due to not eating and being tired.

"More like, are you okay?" [Name] asked, surprised, as they quickly got up and ran toward the blonde. They extended a hand to her. "No, for real. Are you okay?"

The blonde girl laughed. "Yes, I am," she said, taking [Name]'s hand as they helped her up. "My name is Krista," she added, pushing some of her hair behind her ear with a small smile.

[Name] nodded. "My name is [Name]." They then turned to look at the brown haired girl. "She's crazy," [Name] muttered, pointing at Sasha, who was kneeling on the ground with a piece of bread in her mouth. Krista nodded, watching Sasha with a look of amusement as the girl clutched the bread in her hand instead. Now she looks somewhat civilized.

"This is bread!" Sasha exclaimed in shock, as if she had just discovered it.

"That's all I could get, but I saved it for you..." Krista explained gently. [Name] raised an eyebrow. They hadn't expected someone to be so kind. Something seemed off. In this day and age, not many people did nice things without expecting something in return. [Name] started to wonder what Krista's real intentions were. They watched as Sasha looked at Krista like she had just found some kind of god.

"But you should drink some water first," Krista added, holding up a water skin.

"Oh, my," [Name] muttered under their breath as Sasha ran up to the blonde girl, placing one hand on Krista's shoulder.

"Are you a god?!" Sasha screamed, holding the bread in her other hand and shaking it at Krista.

[Name] certainly cringed at the scene in front of them. They felt bad for Krista, who was standing there, speechless and unsure of how to react.

"God!" Sasha exclaimed again, her excitement uncontainable.

"I think you're overwhelming her right now, Sasha," [Name] pointed out, and Sasha squeaked, realizing they were right. She didn't want to cause stress to Krista, whom she seemed to worship at that moment.
