Months have passed since Kamen Rider Birthright defeated the Over Quartzer along with his Titan Guardian Athar. Now Percy decides to travel back to America along with his girlfriend Ryuko and her friends to celebrate Halloween. Unbeknownst to them...
(Percy and his group are seen walking around a museum as they see two boys approaching a skeleton.)
Boy 1: Dinosaur? Cool.
Boy 2: Come on, it's totally fake. Give it a look at those rubber bones.
(As he tries to touch the skeleton, it suddenly gains life and bites off the boy's arm.)
Boy 2: AAAAAHHHH!

(The dinosaur skeleton roars as the boy's friend carries him, and they try to run away from the dinosaur, but Percy decides to do something.)
Percy: Henshin!

Birthright: For truth, justice, and the American way! Kamen Rider Birthright!
(He then jumps as he flies towards the skeletical dinosaur.)
Birthright: You!
(The skeleton turns to him.)
Birthright: Yes, you! Why don't you catch somebody in your own damn size!
(The skeleton dinosaur roars as he chases after Birthright instead. He flies higher, but then the skeleton jumps higher.)
Birthright: Okay, I never thought it was actually possible.
(He then kicks the skeleton's head, but it magically gets back to its place.)
Birthright: (shocked) Uh-Oh.
(The skeleton then climbs the wall with his razor claws, and jumps in to tailwhip him, sending him to crash into the wall, shocking Ryuko.)
Ryuko: PERCY!
(As the skeleton approaches him, a male voice is heard.)
????: HEY!
(The skeleton dinosaur turns to see James Romanoff Barnes the Winter Gremlin Kaijin holding a BF900.)

James: EAT THIS!
(He shoots the skeleton dinosaur as Birthright gets up. Unfortunately, the skeleton's bones reassemble, much to James' shock.)
James: Damn it.
Birthright: (in mind) James Romanoff Barnes helping me? How is that possible.
(Ryuko and Satsuki charge at the skeleton, only to be tailwhipped by him. It then roars as everyone covers their ears.)
Mako: TOO LOUD!
(Suddenly a fireball hits the skeleton, and he growls at the attacker who is revealed to be a Halloween Dragon and his owner.)

(He pats Nitecore's head as it purrs happily.)

(The boy then turns to Percy and his group.)
????: We don't have time to talk. Follow me, I know how to defeat this creature.
(Percy and his group exchange glances, and then they nod as they follow Nitecore and its owner as they go into a forest, where the skeleton follows them until a trap is activated, disassembling the skeleton's bones as Nitecore burns them to dust.)
????: Nice work, Nitecore.
Birthright: Okay... who is this Nitecore, what was that skeleton, and above all... (to James) Why did you help us?
(Ryuko and Satsuki realize what Percy meant, and glare coldly at James as the boy sighs.)
(As the screen fades to black, Nitecore breathes fire at the screen, writing a "To be continued" before leaving the screen.)
