Months have passed since Kamen Rider Birthright defeated the Over Quartzer along with his Titan Guardian Athar. Now Percy decides to travel back to America along with his girlfriend Ryuko and her friends to celebrate Halloween. Unbeknownst to them...
(Meanwhile in California, an army of Dreadtroopers led by Kamen Rider Dread himself is seen shooting everywhere as several citizens run in panic. Unfortunately some of them get shot by them.)

(Dread raises his hand up as he prepares to execute the citizens himself, but then a male voice is heard.)
????: Get away from them!
(They turn to see a young boy who was eating a lolipop while holding a pumpkin-like bag full of sweets and candies.)

(He then opens his blouse, revealing a Henshin Belt Gavv, and then he pulls out a Gochizo.)

WICKED PUMPKIN!
(He then rotates his belt's handle.)
EAT WICKED PUMPKIN!
(Kent is surrounded by a transparent plastic wrapper containing Wicked Pumpkin.)
Kent: Henshin!
(He finishes his transformation.)
WICKED PUMPKIN! SINISTER!
(Kent becomes Wicked Jack and prepares to fight the Dreadtroopers and Dread himself.)

Wicked Jack: Trick or Treat, it doesn't matter for... (poses) Kamen Rider Wicked Jack!
(He charges at the Dreadtroopers and punches one of them before kicking the second one. They get up and charge at him, only to be punched again. The third Dreadtrooper uses a grappling Hook, but he grabs it and pulls him before doing a roundhouse kick that knocks him out. The other two Dreadtroopers are punched by Wicked Jack, who then turns his attention to Dread.)
CHARGE ME!
(Several Jack O' Lanterns appear as they shine on Dread, and he charges at him to perform his finisher.)
Wicked Jack: Happy Halloween to you!
(He punches and kicks him before jumping to kick him from behind as he uppercuts him before preparing to finish him as he stomps on a pumpkin before jumping to kick him.)
WICKED PUMPKIN FINISH!
(Wicked Jack kicks through Dread, who explodes. He then feels his stomach growling as he detransforms.)
????: Dude, all this fight made me hungry again.
(He then decides to give some candies to the citizens, including the wounded ones.)
Citizen: Thank you, whoever you are.
????: No problem. I'm Kent McCoy.
(As he finishes sharing the candies, he walks away as he eats the remaining snacks. Unbeknownst to him, a tyrannical futuristic Kamen Rider is watching him from the top of a building.)

OverRight: So there's another Kamen Rider besides my past self. Tch, I could care less about him. The Titans will take this planet back, or I'm not Kamen Rider OverRight.
