The doctor's office was in stark contrast to most of Chaldea. Unlike the clean white of the rest of the facility, Dr Romani's workspace had a coat of light blue paint. Next to Leo, Dr Romani's desk had a collection of photographs sitting on it, displaying various scenes from his travels. The hum of machines permeated the room, although the doctor seemed unbothered by the noise. The man before him had fluffy orange hair tied behind his head, wearing a doctor's coat. His green eyes flicked over the console in his hand, before he refocused his gaze on Leo, offering a smile.

"I am glad you agreed to this check-up Leo. You always avoided me before."

"Well, if I didn't agree then I am sure the Director would have yelled at me." Leo smiled as he spoke, trying his best to act casually.

"Ha ha ha... I know that feeling." Dr Romani put down the console.

"Physically, your condition is fine. The tests were not exhaustive, but I am afraid we simply do not have the time to run the full suite of tests I would like. Before I let you go, I must also check how you are doing mentally."

Dr Romani folded his hands together and focused his gaze on Leo.

"You have displayed good mental strength, alongside the other members of Team A. But when you collapsed after the Rayshift, you were unconscious for nearly 24 hours. How do you feel? Have you had any nightmares, visions or memories that were not your own?"

Leo hesitated. Dr Romani, or Dr Roman as he was often called, was not a bad man. He was kind and thoughtful, he paid attention to others and tried to help. But, he also hid a tremendous secret as well. Out of everyone at Chaldea, he was one of the people Leo was the most cautious of. He had considered revealing to everyone that he knew the future early on, but had decided against it. Without knowledge as to why the story had been changed, he couldn't necessarily trust anyone, even with his understanding of the plot. Anyone who used to be an ally could in reality be an enemy. The cautious approach was best. And key to that was acting as a "normal" mage, who had no foreknowledge of what was coming.

"I did have a... weird dream. Leo said. "I suspect it was related to my Servant, Oberon. But since then, I have been fine."

From the reactions Leo had seen from others, he knew the original Leo Valualeta had kept mostly to himself. This meant he didn't have to worry too much about keeping up a character, just acting as an experienced mage. While Fuyuki was confronting, his reaction should be on par with the rest of Team A.

"That is fairly normal. Your connection with your Servant means that there is often a transfer of memory, often something incredibly personal to the Servant or Master. Something that is kept close to the heart. Let's talk about your servant. Oberon the Fairy King, a Ruler Class, right?

Nope

Leo bit back his immediate response and nodded.

"He seems to be a fairly low-cost servant, at least in terms of passive magical energy." Romani had his eyes on the screen in front of him, which displayed Oberon's statistics.

"The Ruler class is not something we had expected anyone to summon." He said. "It appears that as a Ruler he is similar to a Caster. High mana and NP values, but not a physical fighter. Your magical energy reserves aren't bad either, so you should have no difficulty managing the cost of his manifestation."

"Is Chaldea able to bear some of the brunt of the summon?" Leo asked.

"Only the manifestation itself," Romani said. "When it comes to battle, they will be drawing on your reserves. Take care not to overwhelm yourselves during combat, alright?"

"Yes, Doctor." Leo nodded.

"There is one more thing to cover then." Dr Roman looked back at Leo, and his face turned suddenly serious.
