It was nighttime, so Sebastian was waking up. The sun had just finished going down, Sebastian could sense that fact. They sat up and cracked their back, looking around their room, which was full of boxes, and letting out a massive sigh.
They got up out of bed, and threw on whatever clothes they could find, which was a pair of black shorts, and a dark blue long sleeve. They picked out a long pair of black socks, and threw on their choker. The choker had a yin-yang symbol on it.
Sebastian then looked around their new room. It looked like a hurricane decided to pass through it. Boxes were everywhere, and some things were thrown around from the few boxes they had unpacked. They sighed.
“Well, I guess I should start unpacking, it's a weekend anyway, not like I have to go anywhere,” Sebastian said, before grabbing a box and setting it in their bed. They continued unpacking for a little bit, until they decided to go eat something.
Sebastian walked out of their room, and over to the counter in the dorm room. They looked around, and ended up finding out Phoenix was already awake and eating. Sebastian looked at them.
“I see you're awake. Do you have any food that you don't want me to eat, or do you not care?” Sebastian asked, they didn't want to accidentally eat some food that Phoenix would get upset over.
“I don't care, I'm the kind who just hunts down something in the kitchen, and eats it. I hope you don't buy any food you don't want me to eat, because I'll probably forget and eat it anyway,” Phoenix said, they weren't gonna lie about their eating anything they could find habit.
“I had an old human friend that used to do that, so I don't care either,” Sebastian added,” I also do the same exact thing.”
“Cool, so no food fights. I've seen some kids that can get aggressive over food, you don't wanna be in the cafeteria when that happens,” Phoenix said, making a dramatic shutter at the memory.
“Dang, really? You can be that food aggressive? What happened?” Sebastian asked.
“Some guy stole a chocolate milk, so the other guy poured his tray of food on him. Then an entire food fight broke down, and fort front table, flipped the table. Thankfully I was around the corner from going to the nurse's office, for picking a scab, that seemed to infinitely bleed after I did. So I got to watch from a safe distance,” Phoenix said, a little bit of sass in her voice.
“Jeez, that's food aggression to a next level,” Sebastian said. They were realizing even though they just met Phoenix yesterday they were already starting to become friends.
“Yeah, agreed. Maybe they should have war paint on hand too next time,” Phoenix added, taking a bite of her yellow scrambled eggs.
“Anything else I should know about?” Sebastian asked.
“You should know a lot, but one thing the High Priestess here is a total biscuit, and that's being kind. She might act all nice and stuff but trust me, she just uses that prettiness to get what she wants,” Phoenix said.
Sebastian paused for a moment, they were not expecting to hear about a manipulative High Priestess. “What's her name, and what does she look like?” Sebastian asked, their voice more serious now.
“Her name is Dove, of course I know it wasn't her human name, but that's the one she chose. She has long black hair, black eyes, she has a black skull tattoo, like ours except a skull, which you should know that means she has an affinity for death. She can't be unnoticed and you'll know when you see her, she was blessed with being very beautiful, the main reason she can get away with things,” Phoenix said, before taking another bite of their eggs.
