Chapter 46: Her confession💕💕💕

Maryam's POV

I put myself together after a long crying session.I am numb thinking about it.Why this all happened with me.I walk out of my room in search of Samar.My foot is pretty better now.

"Maryam"I turn to see Rayan.
" Hey! how are you?" He ask looking at my messy situation," I am good." I reply.

" Did Samar said anything else to you." His eyes warm with concern,"Remember I am always here with you.Whatever happens,we will face it together." He adds.

He means what he says,I dont know about the world but I know about Rayan he will always be with me.

I think I should tell Rayan about all this.

" Rayan I have to tell you something."

His eyes narrows," Tell me, I am listening."

I told him about Samar's diary,about his mothers tragic death,how Waqas cheated on her with Rayan's mother.

He listen to me with full attention and then says," So its not love."

I am confused.

"I thought you love him but its just pity.You have sympathy for him."

"What do you mean,Rayan."I ask.

" I mean that he planned this dairy thing to make you believe that he is having this childhood trauma to win your heart.Cant you see?" Rayan replies.

I remain silent at his comment.

" He made you believe that my mother had a affair with Waqas when he was married." He says," what a bullshit.My mother is also a victim of Waqas's manupulation, Maryam." He adds.

" Rayan,Its true.No one writes false in their journal." I convince him.

" Maryam,open your eyes.He is playing with your emotions,cant you see.Did you forget how he accused of us having an affair.Is this true ,tell me." His tone a little loud.

"He was lying," I say, my voice filled with realization. "He wanted me to leave him because he thinks he's not good for me."

" Oh then He thinks right.He is not good for you.You have no idea where you are.This family,these people they are not good for you.You should grab this opportunity and think of leaving Samar." His voice desperate.

" Rayan " I say," You have misunderstandings about Samar.He is not like his father.He is a good person." I comment.

"Maryam,listen to me." He looks into my eyes," You are a good person.You pity him for having such bad childhood,having trauma's reading after his dairy.Are you sure of it being genuine as watching Samar's history.Did you forget how he stalked you,hurt you and forced you to marry.Think about it,this can be his plan to earn your feelings." His voice convincing me.

" I am sure Rayan.You dont know Samar the way I know him.I have seen his soft site,his gentle love and care for me.For me Samar is not a man who stalked me and forced me to marry him.He is a person who loved me whole heartedly these past months without asking for my love.He loved me unconditionally and I never experienced such love in my whole life and I am sure I will not experience it again." I say.

Rayan's expression saddens,he looks down.I dont know why he has such bad perception of Samar but I believe Samar.I believe every word he wrote in his dairy.

" And You were right Rayan,I love Samar.I just didnt realised it.I love him very much."

There is a moment of silence.I myself is shocked what I just said.

I love him

Rayan smiles," Its not Love,Maryam.You pity him for a wrong reason.He fooled you and You believed him."
