Falling for a bad guy-Kwon Jae-Sung

Chapter 4

I took a deep breath before knocking on Kwon's door, preparing myself for whatever might happen. Kwon opens the door and just smiles at me. I pushed pass him, and laid my stuff on the empty bed. "Just to be clear, we aren't sharing a bed and also what happened to your other roommate?"

"I didn't have a roommate, and I bet you'll change your mind about sharing a bed with me" I turned around, an annoyed look clearly present on my face "are you always this cocky?" he laughed at me and shrugged his shoulders. "Only when I want something" he walks closer to me, standing an inch away from me. nervousness creeps over my body as I watch him look me up and down, with a mischievous look in his eyes. "and that something is you"

I gulped as his words, wanting nothing more to be his, but I can't let him win so easily. "you'll never have me, Kwon" I hissed back at him, him and I both knowing that I am lying. "We'll see about that princess" he backs away from me and goes over to his bed. I let out of breath that I didn't even know I was holding. "I'm going to bed, we have a long day ahead of us tomorrow." Kwon just nodded at me and mumbled a goodnight at me. I crawled into bed and started to daydream about Kwon and I.

He is on the opposing team, so why am I so attracted to him? I shouldn't be feeling like this towards someone on the opposing team, especially since he's on Cobra Kai. I slowly drifted to sleep, thinking about Kwon.

Next Day

I woke up to the sun beaming in my face. I looked at the alarm clock to my left and saw it was 7:30 am, great the competition starts in an hour. My eyes scan the room, until it landed on Kwon, shirtless with a towel loosely hanging around his waist, water dripping down his back. I couldn't help but stare at him, drool leaving my lips as I do so. "you know it is rude to stare" Kwons voice snapped me back to reality. I saw him turn around to look at me with a smug look on his face. I rolled my eyes at him and got out of bed "I wasn't starring at you"

He grabbed his Gi from his bed and started to walk over to the bathroom, but not before yelling "sure you wasn't."

"Keep up with that cockiness, I'll make sure to destroy you on the mat." he stopped at the bathroom door and looked at me. "you fight with Miyagti-Do, how tough can you actually be?"and with that he walked into the bathroom and closed the door.

At the tournament

We huddled up as a team, thinking of strategies for our first competition. We have to protect our captains and make sure they do not go down, or else our team is out. I looked over at Cobra Kai and saw Kwon talking to his teammates as well, probably planning on coming after us first. We locked eyes and he smiled at me and lipped "you're going dow, princess" I rolled my eyes at him and looked back at my teammates. "Remember to protect the egg, Sam and Robby can not go down." and with that, the buzzer rang meaning the competition had started. I turned around and saw Cobra Kai charging at us. One of them, who I don't know the name of, came after me, kicking me right on the shoulder. I managed to not fall on the ground, and did 1080 right on his face, knocking him down in just a second. " Jessica! its just you, Miguel, Sam, and Robby. Protect the captains" I turned around and saw Kwon and Robby fighting, leaving Miguel with another cobra Kai member and Tory with Sam. I ran over to Robby to protect him. "ahh there you are, I was wondering when you was going to show your face and actually help" Robby said while dodging Kwons moves against him.

I can tell Kwon didn't like what Robby said to me, instantly in one kick move, he knocks Robby down while he was staring at Tory, making our team out. I sighed in defeat while Kwon winks at me. I got off the mat and looked at Robby. "we had that Robby, but you just had to be distracted." Miguel agreed with me and Robby sat their in silence. I looked back on the mat and saw it was just the Iron Dragons and and Cobra Kai left. All of the iron dragons team still left, how is that possible?

I watched as the teammates got off the mat, leaving the Iron dragons captains, Zara and Axial, left standing. What are they doing?

Kwon and his other teammate go after Axial, and Tory after Zara. In about twenty seconds, Zara and Axial had Kwon and Tory on the ground. Damn the Iron Dragons are good.

"Welcome to Barcelona, Bitch" I faintly Heard Zara told Tory that. I chuckled a little bit at that comment. I love her already.

At the end of the competition, I walked over to Kwon, slowly clapping at him. "You know, it was really refreshing watching Axial slam you down on the mat." Kwon looks at me, clearly angry he lost the match. "It was more refreshing, seeing you knock Robby down as well" he laughed at this and came closer to me. "what, do you not like him or something?"

"The only person I like on my team is Miguel and Hawk. I tolerate the rest."

"Then why fight with them?" I thought about it for a moment. Why do I fight with them? "I think it's because once my dad left for jail, I had no other option, I was in Cobra Kai long before you"

"and you still can be, I saw that 1080 you did on my teammate, it was impressive and you're way to good to be on that team. Just think about it, I would love to have you as a teammate and you'll so good in a Cobra Kai gi" and with that he walks away from me, leaving me alone to pondering my thoughts.

a/n: I don't know much about Karate so the fighting scenes aren't going to have a lot of detail in them. I think I am going to need more ideas for the upcoming chapters. If you have any let me know! I would love to hear them.
