"I don't know what has gotten into you!" Killian shouts angrily, Leia was seated in a chair at the end of the kitchen table, head hung low, her body facing her father.

"I know...I'm sorry..." Leia stuttered.

"I really want you to start thinking before you act! How do you think I felt when I saw my only daughter making out with her brothers best friend at twilight?" Killian was extremely close to his daughter now, and Emma-who had been standing behind him in the kitchen-was terrified that his pirate side might shine if he got too worked up.

"Killian, just calm down." Emma said, taking a few steps towards her husband to calm him down.

"Emma, do you realize what she did? She snuck out...she snuck out and was with a boy." He looked at Emma, the flame in his eyes starting to extinguish, returning to their usual soft and kind blue color.

"Oh you're just jealous because she likes a boy that isn't you or Liam." She replied smugly.

"I am not!" Killian defended, "Besides she still snuck out."

"Right, she did do that..." Emma paused taking a moment to concoct a proper punishment, "You have to come with me after school every day, to the sheriff's station, you have to help me organize the files."

"And you're grounded for a month." Killian added, seeing it fit to speak his own on the matter.

"Okay, and you're grounded for a month." Emma repeated.

"Ugh." Leia groaned, pushing herself from the seat and storming off to her room.

"Why is it that she is so difficult?" Emma said.

"It's alright love, she is just going through a phase."

"You wish." Emma said with a smirk, pulling her husband into a passionate kiss.

"Hey dad." Rose says as she prances into her father's pawn shop.

"Hello dearie." He says, giving his daughter a hug and kiss. "How was your day?" He asks, returning to polishing a sword.

"It was good..." she paused trying to see if her mother was in the back room, "Do you know where mom is?"

"Um at the library I'd assume, why?" He asked suspiciously.

"Uh, no reason." I say a little too quickly.

"Rose..." He said, walking closer to me, "what happened."

"Nothing, I swear."

"Okay..." He replied, giving Rose a suspicious eye.

Rose calmly walked out of the room and began sprinting towards the library to see her mother. As she ran she thought about Lucas and the message that she was anticipating, ready to explain it all to her mother.

When she got to the building she threw open the door and slowed, placing her hands above her head to try and catch her breath.

"Rose is that you?" She hears her mother say from the desk.

"Yeah." Rose pants, failing to catch her breath.

She hears a shuffling of papers and she walk towards the circulation desk, slowly gaining oxygen.

"Are you okay?!" Belle exclaimed, seeing her daughter with sweat glazed across her forehead and her gasping for breath.

"Not... really... school... boy... project..." Rose tried to speak but she was panting too hard to make complete sentences.
