Wednesday's pov:

I take a moment looking at the door now closed as I perceive Thing's tapping his finger all the way up to my shoulder as he signs me something I can't quite remember. So I finally looked at him.

"what?" I asked a bit annoyed.

Enid's pov:

"It's been a while since we haven't seen each other so I decided to take you to a nice place I hope you'd like" He says grabbing my hand smiling and guiding me out of the academy, while all I could do was staring at him with amaze.

Once we were outside, a black car parked right in front of us so I'm assuming he ordered an Uber. I let out a smile.

"where are we going?" I asked exited.

"if I tell you it wouldn't be a surprise anymore" he winks at me while smiling back at me.

Now inside, I sit next to Ajax intertwining our fingers together, and I spend the ride wherever we're heading to, looking out the window admiring the beautiful sunlight of the sun.

The car pulls into it and seems to be in front of a shopping center. Ajax paid for the ride and he opened the door for me, I looked at him with a shock and smiley face while he grabbed my hand once more.

"Well, I know this isn't the best place I could take you to, but I know you like shopping so I wanted to take you here, and of course you can take everything you want, I will pay for it"

I didn't say anything but I instantly put my arms out and hugged him by the neck.

"wait, where'd you get all this money from?" I say pulling away from the hug.

"My mom gave me the money since I passed my grades from last semester so I wanted to spend this money with you" he honestly said with a sincere smile.

He slowly leans in and gives me a peck on my lips.

After two and a half hours shopping I returned to the school around nine pm. Ajax went into his dorm after saying goodbye and now I am returning to my dorm.

I gently twist the handle being careful to not wake up Wednesday but I'm not sure she's asleep though. Once opened I found Wednesday still writing on her hammering machine.
I walked past her not wanting to bother and dropped all my bags full of clothes and accessories on my bed, I sighed. 'all that stuff was heavy AF' I think to myself.

"what's all that" she said still paying attention to her typewriter.

"huh? oh, yeah me and Alex went shopping and he got me a bunch of cool stuff" I say while I'm still catching my breath.

"are those clothes or tons of rocks?" Fine, so she noticed I'm not that strong enough to carry some bags.

"ohhh, wanna see what I bought????" I asked with excitement since I saw her standing up from her chair.

"absolutely not" she says coldly heading to the balcony, I follow her.

"come ooooonnnnn i bought something I know you would love"

Wednesday's pov:

I sat down in the chair at the balcony putting the cello out of its case ready to be played. Being chased by the wolf.

"there's nothing I 'love' in this world other than blood and death" I defined while I was preparing myself to play a classic Italian piece.

During the piece I see how she leans over the railing looking up at the moon, that is picturesque full. I could sense something revolting in the air, a quite pleasant hunch, the slight air blowing my frange while my fingers dance through the tough strings, Thing gently turning the page of the partiture for me to follow, and my glance turning to Enid who's now looking at me.

By the end of the piece she takes out her phone and I assume she's typing looking at how her fingers move at the touch of the screen. My ring finger finished the piece ending with a 'do' on the fourth string. I sign Thing to put my partiture away while I put my cello in its case. Looking up I see Enid again looking forward to the sight of the moon. I decided to enjoy her watching it.

"I knew you were good at it since last semester but this one was beautiful" Her honesty fills my gratitude for the compliment. But I decided stay silent.

admiring the silent moon I hear some sobs right next to me already ruining my sight, so I turned to her, feeling this as people at my age say a 'deja vu'.

"why are you crying?" I asked with my instinct deadpan voice. She looks at me, I dont identify the look on her face that wants to say something to me. I'm not quite good at this yet.

Enid's pov:

I tried to tell her something about how I feel but I prevented this would happen, she's not like Yoko or Divina who with just a stare they're able to get how I feel. I guess having a friendship like mine it's hard for her, that made me smile before I could express what was about to say.

"I'm not crying it's just..."

"my mom, she's just so annoying with all those rules... you know, the wolfing out?" She agreed asking me to continue.

"I thought that I finally stopped my mom from being disappointed by me since I finally made it to wolf out, she knew how hard it was for me to do it and although I made it, she didn't even say anything about it, not even a 'im proud of you' and instead of that, now she's pressing me to find a mate since after wolfing out, finding a mate it's super important to my mom, and I tell her that I already find one but I hate that I never get one nice word from her."

"I wonder if it is that hard for her to just be nice for once to her daughter?"

Wednesday's pov:

"my condolences" this is the best I can do for now.

"Looks like a deja Vu huh?" she looks at me smiling.

"I'm going to rest. Night Sinclair."

I normally enjoy when people are upset, but now I'm recognizing what being a friend of someone feels like.
