Clementine gets out of bed and stands at the door with her ear against it
"Why can't you just do what I ask you to do?" A voice yells
"Because we caused all this, and now we have to deal with it!" Another yells
"Is that Marlon and Brody?" Sawyer thought
"I am dealing with it!" Marlon yells
"By tradin' more of us away? That's not fixin' the problem, that's runnin' away from it!" Brody yells back "Let me go!"
"Hey, calm down." Marlon says
"Don't tell me to calm down!" Brody yells "You can't do this! You can't just-- ahh!"
"What's that?" AJ asks
"Shhh." Clem puts her hat on, lights the candle, and picks it up. "What the hell?"
"There's voices in the pipes." AJ says as Sawyer gets up off the floor brushing his shoulders off
"I think someone's in trouble." Clementine says as Sawyer nods
"Is it us?" AJ asks
"No, no, no. Not right now, but we should help them." Clementine says
"If it's a monster, we should kill it." AJ suggests
"I don't think it is. You got your gun?" Clementine asks as Sawyer tilts his head
"Uh-huh."
"I'll be right back. Stay safe." Clementine says
Clementine and Sawyer leave the room and walks through the hallway. The muffled voices continue.
"Just a little farther." Clementine says as Sawyer follows behind
Marlon and Brody's arguing can be heard escalating into full blown yelling and screaming
Clementine and Sawyer go up to the basement door.
"Basement." Clementine tries to open the door.
"This locks from both sides." Clementine says
Sawyer crouches down inspecting the door handle
"Can you pick it?" Clementine asks holding the candle up to the lock
Sawyer nods pulling some lock picks out of his inner jacket pocket "it's... corroded to hell... so it'll take some time but yes...i can"
"There another way in?" Clementine asks
Sawyer points to a map "theres...A cellar door...out in the yard."
"Thanks" Clementine smiles brushing Sawyer's shoulder as she walks past with her hand
"I...won't be far behind..." Sawyer gives a reassuring nod as Clementine leaves the dormitory
Clementine enters the courtyard. The wind and rain puts out the candle, and Clementine sets it down
"According to the Sawyer, there should be another entrance to the basement around here."
Clementine picks up a brick looking around for the cellar door
"C'mon, C'mon, C'mon..." Clementine rounds a corner finding the cellar door while protecting her face from the rain
