"OK, now that you got me to drink 5 shots, I'll tell you." Jeongguk manages to say, words slurred from the alcohol.

"Yes please, tell me what's this big secret of yours." Jimin responds calmly. He's not even half as drunk as the younger one. Drunk Jeongguk is amusing and reminds him of someone back home.

They've gone on all the rides and ate the classic carnival foods there, but with the whole area to themselves, they got bored quickly. Jimin knows that the producers are pushing them to be a couple but it's just ... The chemistry isn't here, it's back at the estate. With Yoongi.

Yoongi is the one his wolf wants. His wolf has never been wrong before. Plus, that night when he hurt his shoulder and Yoongi came to visit, his unblocked scent sent out by his wolf unabashedly enveloped the beta.

But he's on the show, so he'll entertain the viewers. It's what Taehyung would want.

I wonder if he's watching right now. Will they keep this dry date in the show?

Jeongguk claps one hand on his shoulder and brings his mouth close to Jimin's ear.

"I," he giggles, "I'm an actor."

Jimin has to force himself to look impressed. "Oh, wow. That's cool!"

"An actor... on the show," Jeongguk adds with an exaggerated wink.

Now Jimin's shock is genuine. "Wait, wh-" he cuts himself off to look around. They're still on camera and he doesn't know if Jeongguk was allowed to reveal that info. "Wait really?" he whispers.

Jeongguk nods several times.

"So are you a real contestant or...?"

Jeongguk shakes his head several times.

"Are you here to create drama?"

Jeongguk starts to nod his head vigorously again but Jimin grabs his face to stop him.

"Ok ok, I get it, geez, don't break your neck."

"I'm only interested in breaking backs. Or getting my own broken."

And Jimin barks out a laugh. Not because it's funny but because it's exactly something Taehyung would say. "Wait... are you single though?"

"Ohhh, hyung, are you falling for me?" Jeongguk raises his eyebrows suggestively.

"No, sorry. I was asking because I have this friend back in Korea- wait, is that where you stay too?"

Jeongguk nods just once this time.

"Ok well I have this friend. He's my age, gorgeous, takes an interest in aliens, he has a-"

"SAY NO MORE! Give me his number."

"Wha-, is it just because of the alien thing? You don't even know what he looks like."

"Well you said he's gorgeous and you're pretty so I believe you."

"Hmm, that's true. Oh wait, I have to check one thing. What's your scent?"

"Mint."

"Ah that's perfect, my Taehyungie is lavender!"

"And to that, we'll do one more round of shots, let's go!"

"Potato swirl!" Jeongguk exclaims as he jolts awake. His head spins as soon as he sits up though. He looks at the clock and sees it's around 3 am. "Ugh, gotta brush."

He goes to his bathroom and sleepily gets his toothbrush and mouthwash set up. But he swipes his hand absentmindedly and knocks the mouthwash bottle off the counter, making it splash open and all over his towel. "Aish!" He clicks his tongue, grabs the towel, and, with his toothbrush still in his mouth, goes out of his room and into Jimin's room.
