A woman with dark brown hair and bright blue eyes said.
She called a 13-year old Tamiko.
Tamiko: Coming, mom.
She started running to the house she lived in.
The Ito family were well-respected in their village. Her parents are doctors the only ones neartheir village. Many people from different villages came knocking on their door most of the time. Her older sister was a Hashira and because of that she didn't have time to see her family. Tamiko entered the house to see a man lying on one of the beds in the room.
??: Tamiko please grab aloe vera.
Her mother said putting pressure on the patient's wounds.
??: D-DEMON NEAR B-BY WE HAVE T-TO GET AWAY!
The man was screaming.
??: Don't worry there is nothing like that here. Besides even if there were, my older daughter Yuki, will be here to take care of it.
Tamiko's mother said reassuringly. Tamiko got the aloe and gave it to her mother.
Tamiko: Mom, why is he saying a demon?
??: He must be having hallucinations.
Her mother spoke with a firm tone.
??: NO, IT'S REAL THEY'RE REAL COMING WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE!!
The man lashed out and was screaming.
Tamiko flinched and her mother grabbed his hand and tried calming him down. The man wasmaking such a ruckus that Tamiko's father came to help. Her father was a strong man with whitehair and blue eyes.
Tamiko looked outside to the setting sun.
Tamiko: Demons...?
She wisped and then walked into the room with her parents.
??: Tamiko it's time for bed.
Her mother stated getting the bed ready.
Tamiko: Did you and dad calm down the man?
She questioned her head tilted to the left a little.
??: Yes, we did he's sleeping right now.
Her mother replied in a soft tone.
Tamiko: ... Mom why was he saying things about demons?
??: Tamiko there are no demons here, your sister will make sure of that remember? And besides I'm sure that man was being unstable.
She answered with a soft tone putting her hands on Tamiko's shoulders.
Tamiko: Still... I miss Yuki.
??: So do I honey.
??: What are my favorite girls doing?
The father said smiling walking into the room with a wide grin.
Tamiko: DAD!
She said running and giving her father a hug.
??: My little ribbon.
He said hugging his daughter.
??: Come on it's time for bed.
The mother said.
In the dead of night, Tamiko woke to the sounds of the man screaming but not like when he wasscreaming about demons but blood curtailing then it just stopped.
