after that night, I forgot how to even love anyone anymore . I just felt emptiness left in me.
"hm.." I say curiously, putting my hair in a top bun getting ready to sleep. i quickly get in bed, wishing I'll find someone who'll be truly there for me .
i start weeping and somehow a blade comes near me. "im so sorry" as i countinue h4rm1ng myself. "IM SO SORRY.." cuts.. cuts and CUTS. until i hear someone entering my room. I immediately threw the blade on the floor, pretending to look for a shoe.
"kayleigh? you need help??" she looks at me and then looks at my arms.. "n-nah, I'm good thanks though." "kayleigh.. your arms." she says. I try to hide it with some tissue but it just bled into it. "kayleigh don't tell me you've been cutting yourself.. oh you poor girl."
i hated seeing my mom cry.. for something stupid she didn't even do. "no mom you got it wrong! i don't do that.. i just fell." i said trying not to tear up.
"i know the difference between falling and harming yourself and that's definitely not the first option.. please don't let that man bring you down..! cutting yourself over a man? does that not sound ridiculous to you? your worth more than that stupid unbothered man." she says while looking at me & giving me a hug. "thank you mom but I'm okay, seriously though.." i said, excepting she would leave it alone. in regards she did but then it was the next day.
