6:00 PM The Party
Adrien finally entered the room. It was a big ballroom hall decorated with yellow and black streamers. There were a couple of tables for people to rest. He could see the caterers still rushing to get ready for the main course.
"Adrien!" A familiar voice called over.
"Nino!" The blonde called back.
Nino walked towards him and put his arm around his shoulder. "How do you like it?"
"Nino, I'm just surprised you were able to pull this off. I was expecting the party to get miraculously canceled for no reason," Adrien said with relief.
"Dude, I told you I got this covered. Now you just go on and mingle!" As Nino had pushed him, the door opened to reveal someone who looked scarily similar to Adrien.
"Felix!" Adrien smiled, "I didn't think you'd make it."
Adrien shook Felix's hand. "You know me, always full of surprises."
Nino took a good look at Felix. He was the same height, had the same face, and even the same eyes. The only thing distinguishing them was their wardrobe. Felix wore a dark green suit. It was way too formal for this party, but something told Nino this was his typical wardrobe. Adrien was sophisticated in a casual way, but Felix was elegant in every way possible. He had a slick, shaggy, and side-swept hairstyle. Not a single hair out of place.
"Dude, he stole your face!" Nino finally said.
Both Felix and Adrien chuckled. "Yeah, we get that a lot." Adrien spoke
"So you've had a secret twin this whole time and just failed to mention it?!?!?" Nino exasperated.
"He's actually my cousin. We have very strong genes on my mom's side." Adrien put his hand on Felix's shoulder.
As Nino kept freaking out, the doors opened wide for a group of girls. Juleka entered, wearing a black jumper embroidered with purple lilacs. Their hair was in a bun with a braid intertwined. Next to them, Rose was wrapped around Julekas arm. She wore a short bubble dress. It was pink with white lilacs embroidered. Alix wore black parachute pants, a white top, and a neon green cropped bomber jacket.
Alya wore thigh high boots with loose brown leather shorts, a black top, and a long coat covering her shoulders. She had loose curls swept to the side. Marinette's hair was styled in a waterfall braid, and she wore a 50s retro swing blue halter dress.
They all came in laughing and talking about something. Nino looked in amazement.
He leaned over to Adrien and whispered, "She's absolutely stunning."
Adrien gave him a soft smile, proud that he was able to convince her to come.
Suddenly, Marinette looked over to them. Nino gulped as she ran up to them with a big smile. Even Adrien was caught off guard. She was grinning from ear to ear like a kid.
"Felix!" Marinette said with a big hug. "I didn't know you would be here!"
Felix hugged her back, "I told you I'd be coming to Paris soon."
"Wait, Felix, you know Marinette?" Adrien spoke with confusion.
"Yes, Marinette is a very dear friend of mine. I've known her since we were children." Felix explained.
"Marinette, how come you never said anything to me about it?" Adrien again spoke with uncertainty.
"What do you mean, why would I tell you about this?" Marinette glared.
