Satarn is made comfortable by The Watchers. And they begin explaining to him why he saw the Vision he saw. They tell him that he is a Master Being. And that he must join Twelve Others to make The Thirteen. Who will bring Evil into the Extraverse.

"And why should Evil exist?" Satarn asks. "Because there can't be Good without Evil. It's the duality of Creation." The Watchers answer him. And Satarn is then given the first Master’s name. For he must go out and find The Twelve. Who will help him bring Evil into the Extraverse.

Satarn is then wrapped in the Breath of The Watchers and he is transported to Avenancia. The City where he will find the 1st Master. And he appears in the Skies as he floats with his own Vibrations and slowly touches the ground.

Avenancia is made up of circular Crystal Buildings that float in air and are constantly moving. Beings here can fly and all work is done in air. So Satarn takes to the Skies and starts searching for the 1st Master. His name is Urwen. He soars past Markets and Studios. And Fashion Shows in the air. And Games being played in Stadiums in air.

No Being minds him because he is a Child. And so it gets even easier to do what he is doing. He is using his Vibrations to track the 1st Master and his senses start tingling. And he knows he is the presence of the Master.
