Teen Wolf book 1: The Dread Doctors

Chapter one

Beacon hills isn't all what it seems. It's filled with secrets that most townspeople don't know. Or maybe they do know but turn a blind eye beacon hills in a beacon to the supernatural world both natural and man made. Beacon hills is where 3 scientist called the Dread Doctors lived. They were called the surgeon, the pathologist, and the geneticist. The dread doctors use to be human but over the years they became less human as they worshiped the supernatural they were around for 250 years by bestow upon themselves numerous supernatural abilities though scientific experimentations. The dread doctors experiment on kids and teenagers by turning them into hybrid creatures that became known as the chimeras an artificially created pseudo supernatural being made up of parts of different supernatural creatures.
This is the story of how Emma-Claire Argent and Theo Raeken landed in the hands of the dread doctors.

10 years ago......

"come on Emma-Claire!" yelled her twin sister Tori the two of them were playing at the park for once there mother had time to bring them to the park instead of keeping them locked up In the house for once. "I'm coming hang on!" yelled Emma-Claire there was only so fast her 7 year old legs could carry her. "your so slow!" yelled Tori teasing her "shut up" whined Emma-Claire finally catching up with her sister who was now at the swings waiting for her. Emma-Claire quickly made her way onto the swing next to her sister. "I'm glad mom brought us here" said Tori after a moment of being on the swings. "me too to bad dad couldn't come" said Emma-Claire. "he'll come next time he promised!" said Tori with a smile hoping off the swing Emma-Claire sure to follow her sister they ran past there mother who was busy on her phone not even noticing that the two girls were making there way off the pathway and into the woods. "should we be heading off the path? You know what dad always says" said Emma-Claire "don't be such a goodie two shoe daddy's not here so lets explore" said Tori grabbing her sisters hand pulling her further into the woods. They had never been allowed to play in the woods before there parent's often said it was filled with dangerous animals sometimes even dangerous people. But when you were seven you didn't think about or worry about that kinda thing when you were seven all you saw was a chance to do something you normally wouldn't be able to get away with. Which is exactly what the two young argent daughters were doing. "it's so dark over here" said Tori looking around the woods in awe. "I'm not sure if I like it" said Emma-Claire. "stop being such a baby" said Tori playfully pushing Emma-Claire causing her to loose her balance but luckily she was able to gain it back before she fell "stop calling me that!" yelled Emma-Claire glaring at her twin sister. "then stop acting like it" Tori shot back. Neither girl noticing that there was someone approaching them well something was approaching them was the right way to put that. The girls looked up when they noticed the little sunlight that was behind them disappear.
When they turned around they saw 3 adults all wearing mask and strange clothes. "who are you?" asked Tori looking at the people with wide eyes. "were the dread doctors" said one of the dread doctors. "that's not a name" said Emma-Claire her green eyes narrowing she might have been 7 but she wasn't dumb something was off.
"it's what we call ourselves" another one of the dread doctors said "why are you wearing mask?" asked Tori the dread doctors shook there heads of course children would ask a bunch of questions but it was starting to get on there nerves a little bit. This wasn't something they prepared for. "you talk to much" said the last dread doctor picking up Tori "hey what are you doing!?" yelled Emma-Claire yanking on the dread doctors jacket. "put my sister down!" Emma-Claire added. "shut her up" said the dread doctor looking around the woods making sure no one had heard the girl yelling. Another dread doctor pulled out a taser using it against Emma-Claire stomach causing the young girl to let out a gasp before collapsing.
"Emma-Claire!" yelled Tori struggling even more when she noticed her sister now passed out. "shhh" the dread doctor using the same taser on Tori both girls now were out cold. "let's go before they noticed there missing" the only female dread doctor said watching as the others carried the girls to a undercover tunnel system. Most people didn't know where the tunnel systems were in beacon hills which made this the perfect location for them to experiment on kids they took this was the perfect place for them to do there work. "they'll work perfectly" said a dread doctor making there way into the tunnel system to where one of there labs were. Once in the lab the dread doctors placed both girls on hospital tables. Neither girl knew the kinda pain that they were about to be put through. One of the dread doctors noticed movement in the corner of his eye he turned his head to see a little boy no older then 8 looking at them with wide eyes he was still in a hospital gown "Theo what are you doing up your still recovering" said the female dread doctor. "I got scared" Theo muttered causing the two male dread doctors to shake there heads in distaste. "we have no time for fear" said the dread doctor while the female dread doctor picked up Theo placing him back on his own hospital bed. "who are they?"he asked looking at the girls "your fellow chimeras if they survive our test" said the dread doctor. "let's get to work" said the other dread doctor already pulling out his tools.
