My Waifu Is A Stego

Chapter 1 Part 3: The meeting

Finally, it was the weekend. I got a DM from Stella to meet her at her place at 7 pm, she said she was gonna show me something. I wonder what it is. I've put on some comfy clothes, and left the house. Told my mom that I was going to meet a friend beforehand.

I've put the address into Gruggle Maps, and followed the direction to Stella's place. Gotta say, Volcaldera looks beautiful at night. Seeing the light coming from all the cars, plus the street lights really makes me feel good. I wasn't hurrying, I took my time, thinking about stuff as I was walking down the street. It's gonna be different for sure, been long since I was invited to someone else's place, and that was during their birthday as well. I remember the guy had a Xbox, and we were playing GTA San Andreas on it. Good times, man.

Anyways, I arrived at the place. Didn't look fancy or anything, it pretty much looked like a normal home. Was hesitating about whether I should knock or text her that I'm here.

Me: Ah, what the heck?

I decided to knock on the door. Nothing can go wrong, right? After a bit, I saw the door open, and I saw the green stego, alright. But she was wearing a cosplay, and I think I can recognize it. Mai Valentine? I remember online people were gushing over her because she had big boobs. I actually didn't like her at first, but she started to grow on me at the end.

Stella: Jonathan! You're here! Come in!

Me: Hey, Stella!

I stepped inside her home. It looked liveable, like a small place. Her room wasn't far either, it was through the door on the right. Inside I saw many posters of different types of anime, some I could recognize, some I couldn't.

Me: Wow, I can't turn my room to look like this. I'm jealous.

Stella: I think you should express yourself, nothing wrong with that.

She smiled as she went to grab her USB stick and put it into her TV. I decided to sit on her bed. She turned on the TV, and navigated to the content on her USB stick. She had tons of different anime saved on it, holy shit! I'm guessing we're gonna watch Yu-Gi-Oh though, judging by the cosplay.

Me: Nice cosplay by the way. Where did you get it?

Stella: Oh, thanks! It was actually made by me.

She said that while blushing. I'm guessing it was the first time someone complimented her work.

Me: Wow, you're dedicated, aren't you?

Stella: Yeah, I just love anime!

She finally found the anime we were going to watch, and sure enough, it was Yu-Gi-Oh. Not the shitty "kids having fun" GX one either, it was pure "Duel Monsters". It's great to be able to rewatch this, especially with someone with the same passion towards it.

We had a good time watching it. Stella was excited whenever Yugi turned into Atem. That's when you know shit's about to go serious. The plot is also just really good. We watched the entirity of the first season. Only complaint I had with it is that the main villain got beaten pretty early, and the rest of the season was full of filler episodes basically. But eh, they were good too.

Stella: I wonder what Bakura is up to. Maybe in later season we'll know.

Me: Yeah, I'm excited about what's next as well. I have to get going though. Mom's gonna kill me if I get home too late.

I got off from the bed and took my leave. I waved Stella goodbye and headed home. Not many people were on the streets, so I felt kinda uncomfortable. Last thing I want is getting robbed in the middle of the night. Luckily though I made it home safe. This was a great night for sure though, and I'm looking forward to what more to come.
