(April)
"PORPOL!" Purple jumped and dropped the drink she was holding, spinning round, sword at the ready to attack the intruder-
Only to find something worse than a skeleton which somehow managed to climbed her treehouse and learned her name.
An angry Green.
Green towered the doorway, a very visible tick mark on his forehead. Saying his fists were curled up wouldn't be a stretch, except for the fact that said fists were gripping her trapdoor. White stuff covered his hair and a part of his face, mostly on the front part but she saw it was on his shirt too.
Purple wondered what the stick happened to make him this mad at Purple.
Then she realized the white stuff was icing.
Cake icing.
Looks like the plan was actually successful. That was unexpected.
Oh no, wait, Green's mad.
Oops.
"Oh uh, Green. Hi!" Purple gave an awkward wave, wondering how he managed to figure it out so fast. "Um what... happened?"
Wrong answer. Green skittered out of the one-by-one gap and stomped right up to Purple. "'What happened?' She says, traitor" -Purple panicked, it was this bad? Did she lose her friend?- "joining forces with another to attack her best friend!"
Purple started waving her hands in front of her. "I promise you, I wouldn't have helped Red if it was an actual war! He said it was a prank!"
"It is a war if it's siblings pranking," Green took a moment to calm down his temper, pulling his hair and smearing more white icing on his face. "Look, I'm not mad at you, just that Red got help from you. But you don't know what our prank wars are like, so I'll let it pass if you help me prank him back."
"Oh. OH." Purple let out a sigh of relief. She really thought she messed up her chances with Green again. He would only give so many pardons and Purple really didn't want to run out of luck. "Wait, how are you sure it was me who helped Red? I mean, couldn't it have been Yellow or Orange?"
Green shook his head as a reply. "Nah. Orange is used to prank wars and would rather watch them happen. Plus he's kind of salty about Red's 'nice snack' for him ending up on his face. Yellow doesn't really trust that he'd turn it round and land it on his face as well as mine, and the whole 'Lucky Staff' incident still exists" -Lucky staff? What were they doing with King's gift?- "and Blue got caked at least twice, so he won't help either."
At this point, Purple didnt know how long he'll keep going, so she pulled out a block out of her inventory and sat him down as he rattled on, over explaining every detail in that silly way of his. "Besides, Red's very forgiving, I figured it was a matter of time before he befriended you again. Not to mention you're a master planner, if that parkour course told me anything."
Purple blinked, aghast. "Wow, you really thought this through huh? But I'd say calling me a 'master planner' would be an overstatement. King's the one who gave me the designs and ideas."
"But you're the one who coded everything into reality." Green accepted the bucket of water she gave him and poured it on his head. White gooped on the floor.
"Besides, I have a plan all set and ready to go." Green said. "All you need to do is stand at a table and wave. If you don't want to, that's fine too. Just thought you'd find it funny to watch."
Purple quickly shook her head. "No, no. I'll help. It's fine. Just- um..."
"What's wrong? Don't keep it in." Purple gulped. Green was always encouraging her to talk more, which was an oddly nice change from being constantly diffident.
