Chapter 6 - Improvising

   Okay, I don't know how to start a chapter. HELP!!! Oliver just asked me to write this page so I'm giving my best LOL. My name is Alicia, I'm sweet like candy and my favourite colour is Red! I love my family, my brothers and my best friends ( I still don't have any but I will make sure to find one)! Oh right! I need to write what happened yesterday right?

   I was the third one reaching the finish line. Mother Gabby let me go from the classroom, so I started improvising plan B:

Playground

   Okay, I am trying to copy Oliver when he says things like "Day 1", however this was only in a day so I will add it with places. I'm feeling like an expert in writing!
   So, I went to one of the youngest sisters and I stole her favorite toy. It hurt me watching her cry, but it was for her too. I hid the toy in the middle of some rocks and rushed into the building.

Hallway

   I stayed in the bathroom, near  Mother Gabby's Office. Auntie Savannah was making sure nobody entered until she came to her:
   - Auntie! Someone stole my dog-toy! And now I can't find him!
   I tried hard not to feel emotions. I felt proud when Auntie said:
   - It's ok, sweetheart! Auntie will help you find it!
   Yes! I'm not only a writing expert but I am also an executor of plans' master! Anyways, I entered Mother Gabby's Office however, I could find envelopes, phones, papers or anything important. Did Mother hide them? What am I going to do now? Maybe I should go to the classroom and wait for Oliver.

Classroom's Entrance

   I was just standing right there when Alex came to me.
   - I already dropped everything you guys wanted me to drop, in the Orphanage's entrance. - He said.
   - OMG! YOU DID? I'M SO PROUD OF YOU, BROTHER! - I said.
   On my way to the Orphanage's entrance. I saw Auntie going to the classroom. Is she dumb enough to think that the toy would end up there? Anyways...

Orphanage's Entrance

   I found the envelope that Alex mentioned and that photos were surely gross... But, I don't remember seeing anyone like that person in the Orphanage. Not to mention that those photos were dusty and they looked so old... Could they be...
    - Children! Everyone in the playground, right now! - Said Savannah, in the speaker.
   I took a quick look at the cars' positions and followed Auntie's rules.

Playground

   - Okay, my children! I'm only going to ask this once! Who entered my Office. - Asked Mother.
   I looked at Alex, waving "NO" with my head while he was looking with a sad face to me.
   - WHO ENTERED MY OFFICE? - Screamed Mother Gabby, furious.
   Nobody said anything.
   - You know what? I'm sick of your bad behaviours. EVERYONE IS GROUNDED!
   Everybody stood on their places, fulfilled with fear. I took the courage to lead them:
   - EVERYBODY! RUN!
   I just got out from "Mother, may I" to a catch game. Every sibling was running from their lives. The playground was a complete chaos. Auntie and Mother were running after us with some ropes. Tying us to places like trees or even tying three or more together. I took advantage of the chaos and went to the farm.

Farm

   - Alicia? - Asked Leonard.
   - Hello, Leonard. Ready to put an end to this place? - I asked.
   - What's happening? I could only hear our siblings' screams.
   - We don't have much time, so let's rush with the plan! - I said.
   Leonard came closer to me, trying to hug me with happiness.
   - Ewww! Please don't hug me! You stink and I don't want to get dirty! - I said, with a smile on my face.

Orphanage's Entrance

   - Are you ready? Copy. - I asked.
   - Ready! Copy. - Replied Leo.
   - Okay, so the fanciest car in here is a red car in the direction of the sun.
   He threw the stone.
   - Did I get it? Copy. - He asked.
   - I didn't even see it. Maybe you need to throw it with more strength! - I explained.
   He threw another one.
   - Oh god! It was so close! Copy. - I said.
   He threw another one. Without saying anything to me. I looked at the car and a noise came out.
   - You did it! You activated the car's alarm! - I said. - Copy.
   I could only hear the car's alarm.
   - Leo? Leo, what happened?
   No answer.
   - Leo? Is Mother Gabby with you?
   - I'm here, Alicia! - She said, while looking at me.
   - Stop right there! - I said.
   - I never thought you were capable of something like this! You and Leonard are getting grounded for one month! And I won't deliver you food! This way you will give value to what your Mother gives to you. - She said, coming closer to me, with a rope between her hands.
   - Let me go! - I screamed!
   - You're the last one! - She said. - Why would I let you go?
   - No! She isn't the last one! - Said Oliver.
   - How did you get out of the classroom? - She asked.
   - Auntie Savannah discovered about the farm, she let everybody go! - I answered.
   - That fool! I always knew it! I shouldn't allow her in this place. It's just like my mother used to tell me: "If you want it well done, then do it alone!"
   - She should be our mother! Not you! - Said Oliver.
   - Oh, so I am seeing everyone is still here! - Said Leonard. - I was the last one arriving...
   - Did she free every single one of you? - Asked Mother.
   - Yes, she did! - Answered Oliver.
   - Why?... Why?... - Said Mother.
   - Mother, why are you like this? - I asked.
   - I experienced way worse than you can think... I was born from a rich mother from a rich family... I had an older brother, however women were considered useless by my family... My brother... He received his gifts and my gifts... He was always on top of us, but he treated me like I was his princess. He didn't care about what my mother would say. When I was seven, my father died. That's when my nightmares started. If I did something wrong, I was put near the pigs. If I got a grade other than A+, I was put with the pigs. I think I spent more time with the pigs than with my mother... After some time, my brother who didn't treat me like that, started hitting me every time I did something he didn't like. Sometime, if his decision was different from my mother's I needed to choose between getting hit or spending a week with the pigs...
   - Mother, are you the girl in those photos? - I asked.
   - Yes, I was... Now I am somebody else... I am a selfish woman, just like my mother that young Gabby hated so much. I don't even know what to do with my life anymore... - She concluded.
   Me, Oliver and Leonard gave her a hug, until the owner of the car showed up.
   - Ewww! What's this smell? - She asked.
   Everybody looked at her. Mother Gabby's skin turned blue...
   - Mother?

P.S.: I don't know what to write here, but Oliver said to put an inspiring message. So I'll put this one: "If life gives you lemons, make lemonade." I don't know it's meaning, but I think it is actually pretty funny to say. Anyways... Goodbye Oliver's Diary.
