Seeing the explosion up from the sky and the object revealed to be an UFO, Mamoru wasted no time dashing towards the old abandoned hospital.

With movement that defied normal human comprehension, he was running, jumping, sliding and evading any obstacles with such trained reflexes he was more akin a monkey doing so but what is more impressive was how his jump was so high it only took him three leaps from the tree tops to finally arrived where the space ship was crashing.

What's even more apparent was the closer he was now; he can sense it. An aura similar to his but stronger now and another he wasn't familiar with. He finally did one last leap and landed just on the road that was now blocked by burning wreckage of he can now confirmed with his own eyes was a real-life alien space ship.

Then the entranced of the ship pop open by a girl who was in nothing but her undergarments while also dragging out a boy. Mamoru ran towards the two while calling out to the girl.

"Sis!"

It was none other than Ayase Momo who look up in surprised to see someone she didn't expect to be here of all places.

"Mamoru!? What are you doing here?! Never mind that. Helped me with Occult-kun here!"

Not understanding what was happening but also not wanting to go against Momo's demand, he helped to carry the spastic teen on his shoulder. The twins and the passenger on his shoulder made their way to the far side of the road, far away from the now crashed space ship.

Mamoru gently put down the teen on the grass as he looks at both him and his sister that look like both of them had seen better days. Mamoru quickly took off his hoodie jacket and hand it over to Momo who was now sitting on the ground while also pointing her arms towards the boy as if holding something at bay. Momo look at the jacket handed to her for a moment before taking it and giving a silent thank to her brother. Now that Mamoru was close enough with the presence he was sensing, he felt a negative aura coming out of him as if...

"He's cursed? Sis, what happened here? Why were the two of you on that UFO just now?"

Momo was looking at her brother...really look at him and she now realized he was wearing something that their grandma would often used except his was more modern. What's more the fact she heard him said that Occult-kun was cursed despite him not being there to see it happened tells Momo her brother was hiding a secret of his own and that won't do.

"I could ask you the same thing, Mamoru. What's up with the Shinto get up? And how do you know Occult-kun here is cursed?"

Mamoru didn't respond at first. Not like he could. He had been trying to keep this part of his life hidden for the better part of ten years now but it seems that like Seiko said...fate would eventually find a way and he can tell, Momo has awakened. He has question about that however that could wait. For now, he decided to answer his sister the best way he can.

"...I have spiritual powers. That's why I can tell this dude here was curse because he was emitting negative aura."

Momo blinked and blinked some more before she finally looks away and sigh.

"I see...Then all this about grandma being a spiritual medium wasn't made up after all. She was the real deal."

Mamoru was surprised to hear Momo admitted that. But he did nod, happy that his sister finally knew the truth of that matter yet she was still looking at him with suspicion.

"Yet, that still doesn't explain something. How come you realized you have spiritual power and when?"

Just as she was about to interrogate her brother more, the scream of one occult nerd broke out and both siblings look at how his body was slowly shifting into a demonic looking creature.
