As Harry walked to Niall's car, he could already hear his wild mates screaming. He got into the backseat and groaned in exhaustion.
"Why does summer have to be over!" Harry yells. "And to think we were all being kissed by the glorious sun while surfing yesterday, and today were being sent to straight to hell."
"You got that one right mate!" Niall laughed. The Irish boy was currently devouring a bag of lemon loaf bread from Starbucks.
"A bright side is, we're almost done with secondary school." Liam nods.
"And I still haven't spoken to Louis yet," Harry scoffed.
"Hey don't be a downer! Just think about how long your hair is again," Niall cackles at Harry. He leans up and punches him in the arm.
"Shut your pie-hole and hand me my damn hot chocolate would ya?" Liam laughs at the boys as Harry downs the peppermint chocolate.
"Thank you by the way."
"For what? The Starbucks?"
"No... For this summer. You guys helped me achieve anything and everything I wanted to do, I know you guys didn't have fun shopping for clothes as much as I did but you still did it," The fashionista blushed.
"Harry. Don't worry about it! You might have some ugly boots but we won't hate you for it!" Liam coos as they pull into a parking place.
"Oh my god, they aren't ugly!" The three lads walk with confidence, instead of feeling small like they used too, into the large building. Freshman and sophomore year had been hard for the trio. They weren't really noticed by anyone except the skaters and nerds. Not that they had a problem with them though.
"Harry? Wow you look diffrent, a good diffrent." The boys ex-girlfriend gushed. The trio finally had finished their 'get hot before high school ends' pact. And to Harry's surprise, it worked.
"Thanks." The boy smirked. Look at me now, he thought. People used to avoid him and call him a freak whenever he made eye contact in primary school, but that wasn't happening now. Was apperance that important to people? The boy didnt know. The lads parted as the bell for class began to ring. Harrys first class was the subject he dreaded the most, Algebra. The curly haired child was almost surprised to see the Bradford bad boy back in school after what he did, but then he remembered that Zayn's parents were not only persuasive, but rich. He made a mental note to stay away from him. Harry was disappointed when Mrs.Overton sat him across from the troublemaker, but devastated when it was announced they would stay where they were all year.
The fourty-five minutes were finally up, and they were finally allowed to leave the classroom. The first day was actually easy for the boy, when his others haven't. Although they were only filled with introductions, rules, and chatter he always seemed to be alone. This year though he actually spoke up. People heard him say his name and spoke to him after all the work was done. Harry had always been a quiet boy. The day went by fast for the students in Wolverhampton, and last period was a pleasant surprise to Harry. Niall and Liam had made the advanced choir class after all.
"Hello children, I'm glad to see all of you again. Just a reminder to the ones who forgot, I'm Mrs. Dixon, the choir teacher. After introductions and expectations, we'll just enjoy our free time."
All the students gathered in a large circle in the center of the room. Harry felt unsure if he was ready to face his choir teacher once more. He decided to keep his head low.
"Okay well I guess I'm starting, I'm Zayn Malik. I'm serving my seond-to-last year here." Of course the badboy was in this class.
"Most of you know me, but I'll introduce myself anyways. I'm Louis Tomlinson and I'm a year eleven here at Wolverhampton." Harry snapped his head up, staring at the boy eyed prince. Louis Tomlinson was in choir? Since when?
