The computer is my best friend. I love playing games and showing others how good I am at RPGs. Right now, I'm streaming, and I can see people enthusiastically posting comments. They support me, share tips, and just enjoy watching my "live" stream."You damn coward, when will you finally die!? Tom, heal me! I'm barely alive!" I shout while running from the enemy.
My character is level 117, with dark red armor - my trophy from months of grinding. I'm a thief, skilled with daggers, sneaking up behind enemies and taking them out quietly. But now, we're facing a real challenge - a massive Dragon. The whole server has been frightened, so me, Tom, and a few of my friends decide to take matters into our own hands and help the server. No one knows we're doing that, It's just us.
Tom yells from behind, as he throws spells with full energy:
"I've healed you, buddy! Wait, I'll throw up a shield and strength buff! Hold on!"Before us looms a menacing black dragon, its scales shining like obsidian. Above its head is a bright purple tag: "Level 150." The creature's sheer size is enough to make anyone think twice. Every time we land a hit, its wounds instantly heal - it just regenerates with a blink. It look like he doesnt feel pain.
In the heat of battle, I suddenly hear a loud "ding!" The system announces:
"5000 yen donated. Comment: I believe in you, Drakin! Show us what you've got!"The adrenaline courses through me, and I can't help but smile.
17,000 people are watching this epic fight live. I'm the 17th most popular streamer on the "RuneVale" game. My username is "Dragon Slayer," but most just call me "Drakin.""It's time to show why they call me that!" I shout, gearing up for the final blow, running straight at the beast.
The chat on my stream suddenly stops. One brave viewer posts:
"What is he doing?? Doesn't he see it's impossible to kill it? He should run!" And with that, other viewers start panicking, typing anxious comments.Ignoring their warnings, I activate "Flash Step" and, with incredible speed, I close the distance to the Dark Dragon. Im focused on my target I bring my 2 daggers and with all my strength, slash across its entire back, cutting it in half. The chat goes wild, cheering me on. Donations start flooding in - some wishing me luck, others begging me to stop.
Tom, in disbelief at what he's seeing, not wanting to watch me die, halts his spellcasting for a moment and shouts:
"Dude! Stop, you're gonna die! You can't kill it!" Uncertain of what to do, he decides to help, throwing out words of encouragement with his Mythical Rod.
"He's the weakest among us... and even with level 136, I can't do anything..." he mutters quietly, lost in the situation. The Dragon, after I slashed its back, starts spewing fire, some of it hitting others. Among them is a woman with a bow and white hair, and an elf who, running toward the dragon, also wants to fight like me. The live stream audience has grown to 32,000 people when suddenly, while I'm running with my two daggers, mercilessly slashing its back, I hear the Dragon's roar likely from pain or frustration. It throws me off and stomps on my leg, crushing it with its massive weight, without mercy. Everyone is stunned, screaming.
"Tom! Help him, he's going to die!" shouts my friend, dragging his bow and shooting an arrow into the Dragon's eye, causing it to release me.
The chat goes wild, urging me to run. They're terrified for me.
The system announces:
"Your leg is broken, your speed is debuffed by 95%.
Your health has dropped to 30%.
You are bleeding; your health is decreasing by 1% per second.
Your health has dropped to 10%.
Your health has dropped to 3%.
You are knocked down - If you take any more damage, you will die [bleeding or passive attacks do not count]."
I hear Tom's frantic voice:
"You shouldn't have done that! You're knocked down! We need to revive you in 1 minute or your loot will disappear!"As my screen spins sideways, I see Tom casting magic to push the Dragon away from me. I can move my head and look around. I turn my gaze to the Dragon and, in fear, I shout into the microphone:
"It healed! Full health! No sign of damage! IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL HIM!!"The chat starts typing that they warned me not to fight it.
I see magic being cast at it. The Dragon suddenly rises into the air. "Is he surrendering??" the chat exclaims.
"Victory! Chat, I won't lose my armor! This is great," I say, relieved.
Tom and the others rush to me, lifting me up, giving me healing potions, and Tom casts his spells to help me recover.
The chat erupts:
"Just as I expected!
Victory!
Drakin is the best!!"
Over 40,000 viewers are watching now. I've been streaming for about 3 hours, and I think it's time to stop. I need to head to the village and end the stream there. As I sit calmly in front of the computer, suddenly, I see on the screen:
"It's the Dragon!" Tom yells with fear in his eyes, looking directly at the Dark Dragon.
Wait... it's not black anymore. It's red!!
"It must be charging up its strongest attack!" I shout.
