The crowd roars as me and my family stand on the balcony. I’m wearing a black dress with a dark red outline around my body and a black corset with dark red strings. My brothers are wearing black suits with a dark red tie, and my parents are wearing full dark red outfits. Each status had different colors, King and family were dark red and/or black, Nobles were dark blue and yellow, while the Barrons were normal red and normal blue, a mixture of the King and Nobles to symbolize something the Barrons could never be. I finally come back to the moment after zoning out for so long, I felt eyes on me. Yes, everyone was looking at us, but this feeling… someone was scanning my every move, my every breath. I look into the crowd, trying to lock eyes with the one whose eyes I can feel throughout my whole body. But my father finishes his speech before I have the chance to find this person. Everyone starts to move out, back into the castle but I stay put, I’m determined. My father notices and pulls me by my shoulder, drags me inside. Just as the guards are closing the door to the balcony, I see him.
