Khun Tongrak

Sorry for not replying to your message yesterday, I have a deadline in 9 days and I need to complete it. That's why I am so busy. Just give me 9 days and I will be back to taking care of both of you. For these few days let P'Kwan take care of everything. I made your favorite breakfast though. Eat it, don't throw it in the bin like yesterday.

Also I would be at the clinic before 6. Please send me the address.

Take Care.

The smile was lost since last night was back again on Tongrak's face, he giggled like a teenager and picked up the note to tuck it in his pocket. He removed the cover placed on the food and took a bite.

The food looked tasty but he had no idea what it was, generally mahasamut would always leave a note about what the menu was but today there was none. Maybe he forgot, rak thought after searching for it thoroughly on the kitchen island. But nonetheless the food tasted heaven on his tongue, the soft fluffy texture of the main item along with the crunchy tomatoes somehow increased his appetite. When he first looked at the food he thought he wont be able to eat it but after he started eating he did not realized where the rest of the food went until he was picking his last bite.

After he was done with the food he cleaned his own plate. He did not want to leave the plates to be cleaned later as Mut had already put most of the utensils into the washer. He opened the fridge to drink something cool as his throat wanted to drink something but after looking at the things inside, a laugh left his lips. Never in his dreams did he think he would see anything inside his fridge except beer bottles but he found his fridge full of juice bottles. He took out the coconut water bottle and cracked the seal open. The cool drink dripped down his throat quenching the thirst and soothing his guts. One thing he knew was his baby loved juices and coconut was it's favorite. As soon as he coined his baby as it, a pang passed through his heart. He did not want to use this word for his baby ever again, "I need to know their gender" he declared to no one in particular.

He immediately unlocked his phone and called the clinic and confirmed to them that he wanted to have the sex determination test too. He wanted to welcome this baby properly. He wanted him or her to feel loved. He wanted to decorate the nursery for them. Once his coconut drink was over he went back to his room. Took a bath and changed into outside clothes. He went up to the nursery with a novel and a small portable fan. The weather was cooling down slowly and the winter months approached, the sun was toning down its heat. He sat on the one single sitting arrangement he had and started reading the book. The smell from the different flowers Mahasamut had bought were making the atmosphere so soothing that he did not realize when his body relaxed and he drifted off to sleep.

He woke up from the blasting sound of his phone ringing near his ears. He picked up the call without even checking the number when a very concerned voice of Mahasamut floated down his ears.

"Khun Tongrak, where were you? I sent you more than 10 messages."

"Oh~! Oh~! Mahasamut."

"Kab?"

"I dozed off in the plant room."

"You climbed the 3 floors when I was not at home? Can you stop doing all ninja techniques at least when I am not around?"

"Now I can't even climb stairs without you? I am pregnant, not crippled."

"Please dont scare me like this. I was so worried I checked the home CCTV and you were nowhere to be found."
