YOONGI

Yoongi walked back up the beach, seeing Taehyung watching the sea. He looked deep in thought. His wounds were soaked in sea water, Yoongi couldn't help but worry about them. they'd go back to Yoongi's, and he'd make Taehyung change them.

"Hey Tae. Feeling better?"

Taehyung looked up with big brown eyes. He smiled and nodded, taking the strawberry milk from Yoongi. They sat and sipped them for a while.

Taehyung wrote the others name in the sandy.

"Yes?"

i like how your name sounds.

"Hmm, you flirting with me?" He got in close to the boy's face, making Taehyung look up. Tae's eyes widen as his eyes flicker over Yoongi's face. When they met where Yoongi wanted them to meet, Yoongi pulled away. "You have to do better than that, Taehyung."

call you pretty?

"Wouldn't that be admitting something?" Yoongi tilted his head with a smile. So, his heart leaped with hope.

Taehyung thought about it.

then I better not say anything.

"Hey look, the sun is setting!" Yoongi changed the subject as they see the yellow orb disappear over the waves. It painted the sky pastel colors that turned the boy's skin pink.

Taehyung smiled and ran down to the sea.

"No drowning!" Yoongi chased after him. Taehyung stopped in the shallows and started to dance around.

Yoongi joined him, taking his hand and spinning the boy, earning a splash on his heels. But neither seemed to mind, playing together in the water was enough.

Taehyung suddenly hugged Yoongi tightly. "What's this for?" Yoongi asked him, his arms hesitant to hold the boy back. He knew Taehyung couldn't respond. He didn't seem to be upset, so Yoongi hugged him back and they both watched the sun go down.

-when they arrived back at Yoongi's house both boys were tired and wet, they'd put the towels on the car seats to keep the car dry. Yoongi didn't want to make food, so he ordered a delivery and went to take a shower.

When he walked back into the kitchen Taehyung was still standing there, cold.

"Do you not have a change of clothes?" Yoongi asks.

Tae shakes his head.

"I'll grab you some. Do you want a shower?"

Tae nods again.

When Yoongi returns Taehyung is checking his phone, he looks anxious and flips it over when Yoongi appears.

"It's the first room on the left." Yoongi reminds him before watching the boy leave.

Yoongi flips over Taehyung's phone. Normally, Yoongi doesn't flip through people's stuff. But since he learned about his dad, he'd gotten a whole lot more worried and he wanted to see if that's why was bugging Tae so he could comfort him.

He saw a chat.

BUNNY 🐰TIGER: I almost drowned today

TIGER: true story Yoongi saved me.

TIGER: I feel different about him but I don't know how.
