While I was walking down the street to my house with umbrella in one hand and bag in other my phone rang. I quickly pulled it out and answered not looking at the number. ‘’Hello?’’
I closed my umbrella and walked in a bakery. ‘’Sure..I’m on my way home baby’’ I hung up.
‘’Hi Vivianne..The usual?’’ said Sophie, the girl who worked there.
‘’Hey Sophie..yes’’ I said smiling. I come here really often so I know everyone and they are all so nice.
‘’Here you go’’ Sophie said as she gave me the bag with my order.
‘’Thank you Sophie’’ I paid ‘’See you’’ I walked home.
I opened the door ‘’I’m home!!’’ I said as I walked in closing door behind me. I took my jacket off and putted my umbrella on the place.
‘’We are here!!’’ They yelled from kitchen.
I walked there. ‘’Hey sweetie’’ I said as I putted the bag with my order from bakery on counter.
My five years old daughter ran to me and hugged me..’’Mommy.’’ I hugged her back picking her up. ‘’How did you spend your day?’’ I say before I kiss her cheek and put her down.
‘’Hey Vivi…How was your day?’’ said Alicia, my sister who was babysitting my daughter.
‘’It was good…And what did you two do today?’’ I said while sitting down.
‘’We went for a walk and we made brownies..’’ said my sister when my daughter interrupted her ‘’And auntie bought me a dress’’ she said as she ran to the living room to get it ‘’look?’’
‘’That’s cute Melody’’ I said smiling.
The rest of the night passed quickly...
