Getting set up

As Alex put on his uniform and started decorating his room Lauren walked in "hey, Alex" Alex lifted his head up looking at him "need help unpacking?" Lauren said kindly "oh no I'm fine all I have are 2 or 3 photos and clothes" Alex stopped himself from blushing as he looked at John.
"I'll be in my room if you need any help! Except for when I have classes" Alex looked back at the wall "I'm just gonna sleep I'm tired from the ship ride" Alex laid on the bed trying to sleep
Alex cried a little as he thought of his mom, he heard Lauren's footsteps walking to his small room opening the door "smth wrong?" Lauren asked looking at him "nothing I'm just home sick" Alex responded "okay" Lauren's said cheerily

Hamilton soon left for his class, the period went slowly and boring but as a soon to be a founding father he paid attention and contributed to the class and he did this often.

    As he walked to the dorm Lauren's was relaxing, Hamilton walked over and started studying for a test he heard footsteps at the main door of the dorm, it was a French guy talking to someone? It was unknown who but Hamilton heard small whispers "Lauren's leaves the door unlocked"
"Evening!" The French guy yelled out banging the door open and Lauren's popped his head out "hey Lafayett, hey Hercules my roommate is studying so keep it down!" They responded "we heard and we wanna meet him" Lauren's replies back "fine, but he probably tired so don't piss him off" Lauren's opened his door and Hamilton yelled out "HAVE YOU HEARD IF KNOCKING" Lafayett said "hi! We're just wanted to say hi we're Lauren's best friends"
"Can I study please? I'll talk to y'all later" Alex said standing up and closing the door "I told y'all he's studying and tired" Lauren's argued back "go get some sleep it's getting late!"

Yes ik ik it's not good and it's short but it'll be like a weekly news paper I'll update it a lot as I work on it I'm just so busy rn
