Chapter 3 : The big question

              It was around six-am on a Friday morning, and Julie woke up extra early to write a note to Luke about stepping up their relationship. She regretted her answer she told luke, and scribbled down words then crossed them out. She balled up the piece of paper and threw it into the trash filled with other balled up papers.
              "Jules, wake-", Ray cut himself off. (Julie's dad), "Oh, good morning get ready for school, Flynns downstairs too."
              Julie nodded and Ray smiled and shut the door. Julie took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes.
           "God Julie!", Julie yelled, realizing how loud she was she repeated her self quieter.
            She stood up and got dressed, she put on a yellow tube top dress and a Jean jacket. She looked in the mirror and smiled, she quickly frowned and whent to her desk. She looked down at the blank notebook and grabbed her pen.

           "Dear Luke, I'm sorry for makeing you upset I wasn't trying to. I want to talk to you in private about takeing up your offer on stepping up our relationship to maybe, dateing? Sorry big step, totally up to you. I'll talk to you after school, okay? Uhh bye!"

              Julie folded the paper in half then grabbed her bag. She ran downstairs to Flynn and Carlos sitting on the couch,  debateing on if the garage is haunted or not.
             "Yeah it totally is!", Carlos argued.
              "Carlos cut it out,  let's go!", Julie waved her arm implying for then to leave.
               " I'm coming, I'm coming!", Flynn jumped up and followed Julie outside.
               "Gotta make a pit stop real quick,", Julie opened the garage to Alex holding willes hand for balance as he tries standing up on a skateboard.
              "Alex can you give this to Luke for me?", Julie holds it out to Alex, waving at Wille.
               " Yeah!", Alex jumped off the skateboard putting the note on lukes instrument.
               "Thanks!", Julie walked out of the garage shutting the door behind her.

           It was after school and Julie was walking home from school when she bumps into Carrie.
            " Omg hey!", Carrie said crossing her arms giggleing, "Great performance at the Orpheum!"
            Julie rolled her eyes and walked up the drive way towards the garage, she grabbed the handle and knocked opening the door slowly.
           "Guys?", Julie said peeking her head into the garage.
          Reggie appeared at the door in front of Julie, "Out! Can't Come in until Wille comes! Then knock!"
         "Okay! okay!", Julie backed up, confused.
          She waited outside for 'bout five minutes until Wille appeared, dressed in a black button down but his same causual pants, his hair was also in a low bun, with slightly frizzy hair.
         " Oh wassup Julie!", Wille laughed.
          "Nothing much, what about you?", Julie giggled.
          "Doing alright!", Wille said knocking on the door.
          "Hello lady and gentleman,  please, I insist come inside.", Reggie said leading the way for the both of them, " Please, please, take a seat, on either side of the couch it will make sense later", Reggie winked.
           Julie and Wille laughed. All Julie could think about is Luke, she looked over at Luke's guitar and the note was gone.
           "Drumroll please!", Reggie stomped his feet in a rythem, and Wille and Julie join in.
           "I introduced the one and only, Alex and Luke!", Reggie sang.
            Luke and Alex appeared, all Julie could do was stare at the two of them, Alex was wearing a matching white button up shirt with Wille and black dress pants. Alex's hair was combed back with gel and was blushing, you could tell Reggie dressed The bothe of them. Luke was wearing a plain white short sleeves shirt with the same black dress pants as Alex, he was wearing a beanie though and Reggie seemed slightly annoyed by it but was mostly fine.
             "Hi.", Alex and Luke said in unison.
              "Please, boys take it away!", Reggie said stepping back and sitting on a chair on the side.
               Alex begged Wille even though Wille knew about it already, "Wanna go on a date, and see how it goes?"
              Wille nodded and held out his hand. Alex took his hand and sat down real close to Wille on the couch.
                "So, uhh.", Luke rubbed his neck," Want to go on, a date?"
                Luke held out the note that Julie wrote and Julie took the note opening it and seeing Luke wrote the sentence, "Yes, sorry for the embarrassing moment right now."  Julie laughed and Luke sat down next to Julie as soon and Julie nodded.
             "Now for my question for everyone." Reggie pulled a paper out of the front pocket of his shirt.
              Everyone gave eachother a look and stared at Reggie.
               Reggie got on one knee, "Will you four be my four pretend parents?", holding out the contract of 5 signatures, One out of the five signed Reggie's name.
               "Heck yeah!", Wille took the hand written contract and him and Alex signed it, laughing.
              Julie and Luke looked at eachother, laughing and signing the contract too.
              "YESS!", Reggie yelled takeing a pin and pining the paper to the wall.
              Julie looked at Luke, and Luke looked at her, she looked at Luke's hand, she whent to see if she could still touch Luke. Her hand whent though his and he looked at her with slight concern on his face. she tried again and it whent through once again. She looked away, back at Reggie.
              " So, fathers and Mother, Your welcome!", Reggie waited for a response.
               "Your welcome?", Alex responded, with Wille laughing, thanking Reggie.
                Julie looked down and was thinking to herself. Why, why can't I feel him anymore, what made me able to touch them, touch. Him!
                Luke whispered in Julie's ear, " Hey, it's alright, it gonna be fine."
               Julie nodded. Reggie, Wille, and Alex were laughing and playing around.
               "Hey, Luke , Jules, we're going to the beach wanna come?", Alex said.
                Julie shook her head, Luke looked at Julie, then at Alex. Alex knew what Luke was thinking and poofed out to meet up with Wille and Reggie.
