~Reader's POV~
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY to do nothing. Wait, what's today? I honestly had no idea.. What if I had school!? Wait, it's already summer.. Well, that's that. Maybe I should make plans? Like watch anime, go to a convention.. Maybe I could go to Japan?
...
Nope, not happening any time soon. My door opened, I looked up. "Oh. Morning, Len!" I faked a smile. I can't believe I forgot about him!
~Len's POV~
I nodded in greeting. I was never really good at conversing. I never tried to be good at it. I was living with (y/n), though, and I guess that would have to change. "Want me to make breakfast?" I nodded again. Why can't I say anything? Am I still sick? She smiled and left the room. I felt relieved, but something else filled my body.. I must still be sick. Maybe I should get some rest? That could work.. I walked to the bed. I honestly didn't care who it belonged to, a bed is a bed. I flopped onto it. I sighed, but I didn't know why. I grabbed a pillow and hugged it. Huh.. It smells just like (y/n)..

"Len!" I quickly turned my head in the direction the voice came from. It was (y/n). She was smiling and waving me over. I wanted to run, but I couldn't move. She started to get farther away.. I opened my mouth to speak, but I winced. My throat was scratchy, and I couldn't make a sound. She began to fade into the distance. I swallowed. "(Y/n)!" Just like that, she was gone. I frantically looked around. A familiar scent wafted by, and it seemed to surrounded me, wrapping me in its comfort. "I'll never leave you, Len." I stood, frozen in shock, but slowly hugged back. My eyes widened, I quickly let go, only to see (Y/n) gone. In her place, what seemed like a demon appeared. More came into sight. They circled me. "She won't love you. You're just a freak." "Why would anyone want you? You're a cat, you shouldn't be allowed to take human form." "Why humans? They're repulsive. They harm." I growled. "No! (Y/n) isn't like that!"
~Reader's POV~
I knocked on Len's door. I opened it after a moment, but he wasn't there. I closed it. Where could he be.. Maybe he stayed in my room? I assumed he had and made my way there. I opened the door, smiling. "I finished breakfast!" He looked a bit sweaty and he was panting. "Are you ok?" He nodded. "Did you have a nightmare?" He nodded again. I didn't think I was gone long enough for him to fall asleep and dream.. Maybe he fell asleep quick? I walked to him and handed him his plate. "I'll be downstairs if you need me, ok?" He nodded then stopped, looking at me. "Can you.. um.. eat with me?" I blushed lightly and smiled, nodding. "Sure! Let me get my food!" I ran downstairs for my plate. He's so cute when he's shy!
