Gladion woke up from his sleep. He looked around and noticed that his sister and mother had gone out. He got up and walked to his luggage. He picked out his outfit for the day and began changing. He went to the bathroom and brushed his teeth and hair.
He walked out and closed the door. Once outside, he noticed many people talking and striking conversations. He noticed his mother and sister talking to people and decided not to interrupt them.
He sat down in a nearby table and closed his eyes.
"Hello!"
Gladion jumped, startled by the sound of a girls voice. He whipped around to see a girl standing. "Sorry, did I scare you?" She asked. Gladion took notice of her features. She had red hair, styled in two buns and sparkling blue eyes. She wore blue overalls with a pink sweater underneath, white socks and black shoes.
"My name is Kara." She introduced herself. "What's yours?"
"Gladion." Gladion introduced himself. "You're the 18th person I've met so far." Kara said. Gladion raised a brow at her. "Oh sorry! I've been introducing myself to everyone since the early morning." She explained. "I'm just so excited to meet different trainers from different regions!"
"So you live here?" Gladion asked. "Yep!" Kara chirped. "I've lived here my whole life." She smiled.
"Vee!"
Gladion and Kara looked to where the sound was coming from. Kara smiled when she saw her beloved eevee running to her. "Is that your Pokémon?" Gladion asked. "Yep." Kara said as she picked up eevee from the ground.
Kara felt her phone ringing in her pocket. She grabbed it and checked who it was. "Sorry gladion but my mom needs me." She said. "It's alright I should probably find my family." He said.
"Wanna meet again tomorrow?" Kara asked. Gladion was taken back by the question. He hadn't expected anyone to hang out with him before.
"Sure." He said. "Sweet, see you tomorrow bye." Kara waved to him before running off.
