On the northern island, far from Alabasta.
3 months had passed, and Crocodile found himself immersed in the chaotic affairs of the northern country. Business meetings piled up like a fortress around him, each one more demanding than the last. Yet, despite the unrelenting pace of work, his mind often drifted back to Alabasta and the princess who had captivated him in ways he never expected.
He was a man of primal needs, and while he could recall the intoxicating nights spent with Vivi, he knew he couldn't afford to dwell on them. Months without her left him feeling pent-up and restless, the physical urges gnawing at him. He was never the type to settle down with just one woman—before Vivi, he had always had a revolving door of women eager to please him. Though, from the moment he made Vivi his captive and until now, he hasn't felt the need for any other woman, as all his desires have always been directed toward her. Vivi only.
With a dismissive wave of his hand, he summoned Nico Robin. "Find me someone," he commanded, his tone sharp but lacking his usual bite. "I need an... accompaniment."
As the evening descended, Crocodile awaited his distraction. When the woman finally arrived, she was attractive enough, her figure curvy and alluring. Quite pleasing for his eyes. Robin, who knows well the type of woman Crocodile likes, executed her tasks flawlessly as always. He dismissed any thoughts of Vivi that dared to creep in as he led her into his quarters.
The atmosphere was thick with tension. As he undressed, he felt the primal anticipation rise within him. However, when the woman knelt before him, ready to fulfill her role, Crocodile couldn't shake the nagging feeling that something was off.
As she started, the sensation was familiar, yet it felt hollow. Images of Vivi flooded his mind—the way she looked at him with a mix of submission and daring, the warmth of her body against his, her taste on his lips. He gritted his teeth, forcing himself to focus.
"Damn it," he muttered under his breath, frustration bubbling as he tried to push the thoughts away. Then in that moment suddenly the woman leaned in for a kiss, his eyes narrowed, blocking her with a hand pressed to her mouth. "Girl, I don't do kisses," His tone was sharp as his gaze hardened, "Just do your job."
As the night wore on, Crocodile found himself growing more agitated. He felt the primal pleasure building but it was overshadowed by the haunting memories of Vivi.
he exhaled, frustration lacing his voice. The woman continued, but every movement reminded him of her, every sigh evoked the memory of her soft whimpers. He was chasing a ghost, and it only fueled his anger. The release he sought turned into a reminder of what he truly desired—something deeper, something that only Vivi could fulfill.
With a growl of frustration, as he pushed the woman away, the emptiness of the encounter washing over him like a cold wave. Crocodile clenched his fists, knowing that no matter how many bodies he sought to fill the void, none could compare to the princess who had unknowingly claimed a part of his heart.

Another month had passed, and Crocodile was still consumed by his business dealings in a northern country. The daily routines of negotiations, subtle threats, and organizing new ventures had begun to blur together, but amid it all, an unexpected distraction kept gnawing at the edges of his mind.
Vivi.
Even though he wouldn't admit it, the physical satisfaction he used to take for granted with other women now felt hollow without her. The thought of it irritated him—he wasn't the type of man to be distracted by anything, especially not a woman.
The dimly lit dining room was filled with the scent of whiskey and the faint smoke from Crocodile's cigar. It was evening, and he sat at a private dinner table with Nico Robin, discussing the next stages of their plans. Robin, as always, was composed and efficient, laying out the logistics and potential threats they might encounter.
