Because last night The Crime Boss of the Magia Crime Family known to the world as Hammerhead double crossed me on a ransom deal he forced me in and tempted to kill my daughter Gwen and myself. But.....Spider-Man saved my daughter's life. And thanks to him Hammerhead is now in custody. And to repay my dept to him and to make up all the times I been trying to arrest him....I here by declare Spider-Man the freelance associate to the NY Police Department. For he is here to help us protect all of you. And anyone who poses against Spider-Man will ANSWER to me from now on.
