MY SERPENT - A SHIVIAN STORY

My serpent

Siobhans pov

A few months go by, and many pains have occurred over the last few weeks.

I'm currently sitting in the office, and I feel something wet between my trousers as I stand up.

Marjorie then spotted me.

M:"Have you pissed yourself?"

Vivian walks through the door to hand in a reply slip. She looks over at me.

V:"Hiya babe."

Marjorie looks at me again.

M:"HAVE. YOU. PISSED. YOURSELF!?!?"

V:"Marjorie. She hasn't pissed herself..."

M:"What is it then?"

V:"She's in labour."

Vivian says as she scoops me up in her arms and carries me out to the car, and places me in the passage seat.

S:"Viv.. I'm in so much pain."

V:"It'll be okay, dear. We're gonna get you there."

She places a reassuring hand on my lap as we sit in comfortable silence.

A few minutes go by, and we finally get to the hospital. They sort out a room on the maternity ward for me.

In the meantime, I scroll through my phone, squeezing vivs hand for every contraction I have.

A few hours go by, and Jaime is staying at mia and Chars' house. Thank God for them two.

I then feel a head in-between me.

I turn my head to viv.

S:"Viv.."

V:"What's up, honey?"

S:"I feel a head."

Vivian then shouts for the doctors and they all come rushing in.

The doctors:"Push!"

I then scream as I hold on to vivians hand.

I hear a baby cry.

The doctors:"One is out! Keep on pushing!"

I scream as loud as I can.

I hear two baby crys now.

I finally rest myself as viv rushes her hand through my hair.

V:"You done it."

V:"I'm so proud of you."

A few minutes go by and the twins are all wrapped up.

They give one of them to me and one of them to viv.

I hold one of them closely. My eyes water up.

V:"They are beautiful."

S:"They really are."

One doctor comes up to us.

"Have you got any names?"

I give Vivian a glance and she nods.

S:"I'm going to name the one in my arms, Ophelia Yatu Serpent."

V:"And I'm going to name this one, Kyleigh Marilyn Serpent."

Vivians pov

I am so proud of my wife. Over the past few days we have had many visits by marjorie and autumn, Jamie, Char, Mia and her two daughters, Winter and Reece, Sara and Deliah, Sorscha and Clodagh, Agatha, Janice and finally we had Carly to visit. Bless carly she was in tears. We announced the names. The twins are so loved already.

We are now at home cuddling the twins.

V:"I'm so grateful for you, bonnie."

S:"I'm so grateful for you too, vivi."

Time skip 20 years

Our family is complete, Jamie is married and has two daughters; Vivian Marie Serpent and Danielle Bonnie Serpent. Kyleigh is engaged to a lovely woman. Kyleigh also works in childcare. Ophelia is married to a Lovely man, she has a son named Arlo Riley Serpent. Ophelia works in the fashion industry. Me and Vivian have a wonderful life. Marjorie and Autumn ended up getting married and having 2 daughters and a son; Bonnie Vivian Knight, Carly Amelia Knight and Oscar Winter Knight. Carly is married to a woman and has a kid named Maya Raven Clark. Mia and Char have 2 daughters and a son named Cody Roberts. Reece and Winter got married and adopted a daughter named Ruby Fortune. Sorscha and Clodagh have two children; Quinn Autumn Doyle and Frankie Jamie Doyle. Sara and Deliah got married and have an adorable dog named Rave and a baby girl named Amelia Rose Everhart. Janice got married to a woman named Rose and she has a girl named Daisy Elizabeth Ravenswood.

Me and siobhan are Dancing in the rain and we press our heads together and hold eachothers hands.
