MercyMyHeart here! Hiya guys! Who's ready for some fan fiction reviews? Alright, I've chosen a few books!!!!
Alright!
The first fanfic review:
(1) Fanfic review, "Just Another Robin story" by Soccerplayingbeagle1 !
In this story, a "random" boy is caught trying to spray paint an expensive car.
This random boy's name is Clayton Rune. He is taken to the police station, and guess what? The car's owner was Bruce Wayne.
Unexpectedly, Wayne adopts Clayton, and takes him in. Of course, Bruce has to do some background checks, but while he's doing that, guess who's taking a tour of the Wayne Manor?
You guessed it, Clay.
He finds the Batcave, and discovers Batman's identity, along with the identities of the entire Justice League.
Of course...Clay decides it's time for him to take the role of Batman's sidekick, Robin.
He teams up with another team, some of who occupy the legendary Mount Justice. Well...the team returns, but Robin does not.
HAHAHAHAHAA, that was a clue.
The Joker kidnapped him. But it's not just the Joker, a whole bunch of villains.
The Joker and a few others mildly torture him-just to get Batman infuriated-, and send video recording to Batman. All in this, to trap the dark Knight.
Nope. Doesn't go as planned.
Batman and the team rescues Clay, and brings him back.
A few more adventures pass, and we find out shocking news of Clayton being Damian Wayne!? Holy crap!
With Clay-or "Damian"- curious, he looks into his life. He finds out the location of his mother, Talia Al Ghul.
But that's not all. He also finds someone to be his "twin brother", Damon, or Zero.
Zero explains that Clay's friend Max, is actually Dick Grayson's daughter.
After a little bit of time, Clay's captured by the Joker, again. Dang boy, you should watch where your going, xD. Luckily, Zero and Dick Grayson are captured too. ;)
Anyways, tons of things are explained.
The scar on Clay's face, apparently it was made by Clay himself!
And Zero? Clay's twin.
But after an escape, Clay is even more curious, after discovering new information about himself.
He finds Damian's old room...pictures...and...what if he's not actually Damian Wayne?
Clay is very much exasperated.
And then he finds the man that he has been seeing...once more. Tells him he is in danger, and that he must leave Gotham City.
Clay does.
Some of the dislikes?
There's very few, but they were:
Honestly, the first two chapters sped by just a little to quick. Some times it was a little confusing, but I could still understand it.
And Barbara, happens to not be Alfred's granddaughter...heh...but that's alright.
Some parts are a little confusing, but hey, all my stories are confusing.
I couldn't really find any spelling, grammar, or punctuation mistakes, that shows that the author cared much about the story! Which is a great thing!
All-in-all, a good story has to have some flaws. And that's what ties it all together! I mean, lots of superhero's have flaws, with such a well written character, there's always something missing! ;D
I highly suggest this story to read! All the chapters were long, and intense, and it kept me, at least, on the edge of my seat the entire time. I didn't stop reading it.
The way it ended was so organized and well written, I could imagine it clearly.
Once you finish this magazine issue, go and read the story!
It's a wonderful story from Soccerplayingbeagle1 !
