Orion's POV

The sound of a clink followed by heavy metal scraping against concrete drew my attention. I pushed my head up with a wince. I looked around, trying to make out whatever I could through the darkness.

"Orion!" A whispered voice echoed through the empty hall.

I groaned, aching in pain as I tried to call back out. I began to hear footsteps growing towards me, just then I faintly saw the figure of someone passing my cell.

They continuously called out to me before I was finally able to gain the energy to tug on the chains tying my hands up towards the ceiling, creating a loud rattling noise. The figure returned to my cell, their black gloves wrapping around the cell bars as they leaned in.

It was Mylo.

I tried to call his name only to choke on the cold air attacking my throat. He hushed me quietly, turning on a lighter to get a better look.

"Fuck." He took a sharp breath as the light set over my face.

He stared at me for a few moments before closing the lighter, stepping back against the cell across from me. I heard him fall onto the ground, shuffling in the darkness.

"I can't do this. Fuck-fuck-fuck." He repeated, his voice growing quieter.

Given the situation I could only assume it was night, meaning no guards would be coming in to guard my cell. I wouldn't have to worry about any night guards coming in and catching him; given it was only supposed to be me down here. After all, where could I go tied up like this?

"Mylo!" Another hushed voice hissed through the hall as the sound of a thud followed by light footsteps grew towards us.

"Shit- Red I can't do this." Mylo whispered, flipping open the lighter again.

Almost instantly I recognized the name Red, it was a nickname Mylo had for Cicely given his bright red hair.

Cicely. He's here?

"Calm down, it'll be okay." I watched as Cicely leaned down beside Mylo, parts of them lit by the fire.

Cicely was almost completely covered in black clothes, the only opening was his face. He wore a hood, and although it hid his identity from behind he was still very recognizable by the tufts of red hair poking out and curling around his cheeks.

"Go, go back up. Stay on watch." He whispered to Mylo, grabbing some sort of stick from the ground and holding it up to the lighter.

It was a torch.

Mylo nodded, taking a deep breath before disappearing back down the hall. Cicely took a moment before slowly stepping in front of my cell, holding the torch towards me.

My eyes barely met his as he glanced to examine me.

"You poor thing, you look terrible." He took a breath before reaching into his coat, pulling out a metal canteen.

He unscrewed the lid, reaching his arm through the cell bars towards me. The adrenaline in my body caused me to pounce forward, fighting against the chains tying my hands as I let Cicely angle the canteen to my mouth.

He poured out the water in the canteen into my mouth and for a moment I thought I would begin to choke at how fast I was drinking it, I wasted no time downing the entire canteen. I barely had a moment to breathe before it was empty.

He pulled his arm back and I could feel the adrenaline leaving my body. I went limp for a moment, letting myself go. My body ached even more as the only source keeping me from completely collapsing was the chains tying my hands up to the ceiling.
