Jax was sad, really Really REALLY SAD.

you see, Caine had said that there'd be spaghetti for dinner, BUT instead... It was

CORN

and ohhhh is Jax terrified of corn.

VERY TERRIFIED.

anyway when he got to the banquet table....

CORN SO MUCH CORN

CORN EVERY WHERE

Jax  stared in pure terror and fear.
Murmuring things like:
"Oh god when does it end....?!"

Ragatha took notice in this, a look of concern etching her face.

Pomni decided to ask what was up.

"H-hey Jax... Y-you seem off are you alright."

"Get away."
"What?"
"GET AWAY."
"What do you mean?"
"GET AWAY!!!!"

Jax pushed Pomni to the floor leaving her stunned and in shock.

"JAX WAIT!!!!!" Ragatha called out to Jax following after him.

Ragatha had eventually followed Jax to the dormitory, stopping at..... Her room?

She stared in confusion as to why Jax was in her room.

"I swear to God if he's putting centipedes in my room.... "

She opened the door quietly..

"Jax..? Are you in here?" 

She located him quickly seeing a purple ball curled up in the corner.

"Jax? Why are you in my room?"  "You left the door open" he said lying.

"Jax... Are you alright? You freaked out at dinner..." She said as she sat next to him.

"I fear corn."  He spat out.

Ragatha stared in confusion and shock.

"O-oh! C-corn?" Jax glared at her, "That's what I said."

.... (Awkward tension :3)

"Jax? Can I cheer you up?" She said with a small smile.

He rolled his eyes.  "Sure why the ?!$# not." 

She then leaned up and kissed his cheek.

"Better?" She smiled up at him a rose color covering her cheeks.

Jax stared down at her his eyes shrinking into tiny squares, his face darkening in a lavender color, unable to get any words out.

"Oh... Sorry! Was that too much?"

He quickly grabbed her hands, keeping his eyes off of her, letting out a simple: "no"

"Do you want me to do it again? :3"

Jax didn't answer, just pulling her to lightly kiss her, as he held the back of her head, as she gently wrapped her arms around his neck.

And they stayed like that.

The very next day

Ragatha woke up lying on Jax's chest.

"Huh.... How did I....?"

She was interrupted by Jax's quiet purring/snoring.

She giggled, now knowing she could eternally tease Jax about that.

But for now?

She was gonna go back to sleep.....
