Duke was absolutely stressed at the moment he hoped today really went as plannned.
'Dada' Duke was pulled out of his thoughts seeing Kaimani standing beside with her hands up.
'Wassup princess' Duke picked her up sitting her small body onto his lap.
'I hungy I have a donut' Kaimani pouted looking up at her father causing him to shake his head. Kaimani was just like her mama constantly eating donuts especially the glazed ones.
'Alright princess let's find your donut' Duke got up from the sofa with Kaimani in his hands who played with his growing chin hair.
Walking into the pantry pulling out a packet that had a glazed donut.
'Here you go princess, what do you say' Duke spoke softly when passing it to the small child.
'Tank yew dada' Kaimani smiled hugging around her father neck earning a smile from the man.
'Your welcome my princess' Duke kissed her cheek walking back into the living room sitting her in his lap once again and watching her carefully eat the donut whilst he fed her.
A few minutes when by and she was done, hearing the door knob turn they both turned to the door.
'I'm back baby's yall miss me' Dakota smiled walking to his small family giggling when Kaimani reached out for him.
'You know I did phat' Duke leaned down to softly pecking the smaller's lips causing a smile to appear on Dakota's face.
'Dada and mama kiss' Kaimani whispered with a small giggled in Dakota's arms resting her head on her mamas shoulder.
'Lil girl what you know bout kissing' Dakota chuckled tickling Kaimani's belly as she giggled trying to get down from his arms.
Duke shook his head at the two and there antics.
'I need yall to get ready for me cause I want to take yall out' Duke wrapped his arms around the two as Dakota nodded kissing his lovers cheek.
Dakota walked up the stairs whilst Duke watched staring at his butt that moved as the younger walked up the stairs.
'That shi' keep getting fatter I ain't never comin' off his ass' Duke thought licking his lips.
Duke waited for the both of them to get ready whilst he watched a new show on Netflix to pass away time. He was so hooked on to the film he didn't realize an hour had passed, Dakota and Kaimani were now waiting for him.
'Babyyy' Dakota dragged harshly tapping the olders shoulder causing him to jump as Kaimani laughed at her dad from her mamas arms.
'Damn yall took to long' Duke complained with a frown.
'Chile you know me and my sweet girl got to step out looking good da fuccc' Dakota stuck out his tongue earning a laugh from Duke.
'Alright mama lets go'
Duke grabbed on to Dakota's hand, walking out of the house he unlocked the car opening Dakota's door for him and leaving a kiss on to his lovers plump lips, Duke then got Kaimani into her car seat kissing her cheek and forehead.
He walked to the other side and got in starting the car, pulling out of the driveway to a specific destination.

The sky was painted in shades of pink and gold, the gentle waves lapping against the shore creating a serene melody. Dakota walked hand-in-hand Kaimani in the middle of him and Duke holding onto her small hands, their footprints trailing behind them in the damp sand.
"This is so beautiful papa" Dakota whispered with a small smile in his face, his eyes fixed on the horizon.
Duke smiled, but his heart raced. He had rehearsed this moment countless times, yet now, standing here with his lover Dakota, words seemed difficult to find.
"I thought it was the perfect place mama" Duke said, his voice tinged with nervous energy. He gently pulled his hand towards a blanket spread out on the sand. A small lantern flickered beside it, its glow casting a warm light on the scene.
'What's all this for papa?' Dakota tilted his head picking up Kaimani so she could be in his arms.
"Just... something special phat" he replied, guiding him to sit. He knelt in front of Dakota, reaching into the pocket of his pants
Dakota's breath caught clinging on to his child as Duke produced a small, black velvet box. His hands flew to his mouth, his eyes wide with realization and pure shock.
'Phat' Duke began, his voice steady despite the serious pounding of his heart, 'from the moment I met you, my life has been brighter, fuller, and better in every way. You're my best friend, my partner, and the person I want to grow old with. I can't imagine my world without you phat'
He opened the box, revealing a simple yet elegant diamond halo ring that sparkled in the dim light. "Will you marry me?"
Tears streamed down Dakota's face as he nodded furiously, his voice trembling as he whispered, "Yes baby a thousand times, yes."
Duke slipped the ring onto his finger, his hands shaking with emotion. He pulled the smaller into his arms, their laughter mixing with the sound of the waves.
'Yay' Kaimani giggled clapping her small hands together as the family laughed kissing her small head.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting them in twilight, they sat together, ready to embark on the next chapter of their beautifully written story.
