Vivi's hands work their way up to my lavender shawl covering my shoulders and chest, clipping on an extraordinary brooch made of amethyst and silver. "Wonderful, it's stunning, princess." She coos happily as she then smooths out my dress, adjusting the few ruffles on the side of my silk gown. " "You look absolutely radiant," she adds with a smile, her eyes sparkling with admiration.

A nervous hum escapes my lips as my gloved hand ghosts over the cool, smooth surface of the gem. A low energy of calmness washing over me as I feel the crystal's calming effects take place. The weight of the brooch grounds me, that and along with Vivi's hands. "Thank you, Vivi, for helping me choose a gown for tonight. I'm sure I would've made a complete fool of myself had I not consulted you."

She chuckles, standing up straight as her hands return to rest at the front of her dress, folded on top of one another. My own hands gently glide over the silk fabrics. The floor-length gown is a shade paler than lavender, with the bodice being ruched and the long skirt flowing into an asymmetrical pleated design. The shawl I wear covers the off-the-shoulder sleeves, with long, delicate drapes that fall from the shoulders, extending to the ground.

Vivi takes a step back, her eyes examining my appearance with a critical yet approving gaze. "You look absolutely stunning, his highness will surely share the same sentiments. He would be an idiot not to." Her ginger waves bounce as she nods her head, agreeing with herself on both her words and her impeccable choice of attire she chose for me.

"Thank you, Vivi," I reply with a small smile that barely tugs at my lips. "You will be chaperoning from behind, yes? Keeping a watchful eye?"

Vivi's smile widens at my question, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Of course, my lady. I will be there to ensure everything goes smoothly and to handle any unexpected situations that may arise." A teasing tone laces itself within her every word as she leans forward and back a few times. Wings fluttering just the tiniest bit.

I inhale as I feel the muscles surrounding my shoulder blades shudder with warmth as I look at the garden view, still waiting for him. Though I dare not say, for a prince he's not quite punctual. The flowers, most have their petals in the midst of closing, and the few that I can see are still open. A cool breeze swirls past me, the hairs along my body and wings standing upright as the sweet scents follow with the wind hitting my senses. The nighttime wind is not as cold as it is in Moonfall, yet it still makes me glad to have worn my shawl.

"My deepest apologies for arriving late. I hope you didn't wait long. It seems unexpected work appears like magic." A smooth, butter-like voice speaks. Turning, I find Helios wearing a less extravagant royal suit. The colors are predominantly black, while the subcolors are dark blue with ornate, textured patterns on the fabric. The jacket is tailored with gold embroidery along the edges, cuffs, and lapels, paired with a matching waistcoat, also adorned with subtle details, and a white lace cravat secured with a gold brooch at the neck.

My eyes scan the attire, black certainly a color complementing his wings rather well. "It's quite alright, I hadn't waited long anyway, Crown Prince Helios." I pause as I find the right words to use in a compliment. "The suit compliments you rather well. It's quite an opulent pair, I must say."

His gloved hand runs through his pale-golden locks. "I'm glad you think so, and please simply call me Helios," he replies with a smile, his wings fluttering slightly behind him. "I had to dress my best tonight. After all, it shall be the first time we spend some much-needed proper time. It's about time, don't you think?" He extends his arm out, inviting me to link my arm.
